Welcome to Cove Cottage

Your spacious Lake St. Clair waterfront retreat designed for families, fishing trips, and group getaways. With room for up to 12 guests, a private hot tub, games room, and 110 ft dock, this cottage is the perfect year-round destination.

The Space:
4 Bedrooms with Queen Beds – Sleeps 8 comfortably
2 Queen Air Mattresses – Optional setup for larger groups (up to 12 total)
3 Bathrooms – Including ensuite & main floor
Spacious Living Room – Open-concept with plenty of seating for the whole group
Fully Equipped Kitchen – Large island, modern appliances, and breakfast bar

Hot Tub – Relax under the stars after a day on the water
Games Room – Pool table, nba jam, weights, couch and tv
Waterfront Dock – Private 110 ft dock, perfect for fishing, boating, kayaking + soaking up the sun and canal views
Outdoor Living – Fire pit with Muskoka chairs, BBQ, and outdoor dining
Family-Friendly – Board games, foosball, yard games, open spaces, and large yard

Guest Notes:
Sleeps 8 in real beds, with extra space for up to 12 using air mattresses
Cleaning fee: $175
Extra guest fee: $25 per person/night beyond 8 guests

Minimum stays:
2 nights (regular weekends)
3 nights (long weekends)
5 nights (March Break, Christmas, New Year’s)

NO OUTDOOR PROPANE FRYERS ALLOWED Propane is for BBQ only. $100 charge for any grease/stains from unauthorized usage of propane devices
Absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINKS around the POOL TABLE. NO JUMP SHOTS. If cloth is damaged, there will be a $500 charge to re-cloth the table.

Great Location and Accommodation

This house is not only in a great area, with easy boat ramp and dock access, but has every kitchen/grilling item you could need. It was very refreshing to find a stocked kitchen, as most properties we've stayed at have the bare minimum. A great place for a family vacation!

Clean and Spacious

Great place that was spacious and clean for our family of six. We were in the area for kids sports and stayed. Communication was accurate and timely. Home away from home for our family with all the right amenities to make it a fun and memorable weekend away. Was nice to stay somewhere so clean with all the items we needed. Would recommend if you need a spacious spot with lots of things for everyone from young kids, to teenagers to adults. Would stay again if in the area.

Birthday celebration

The property was exactly as listed, spacious home with many hang out areas outside along the water, lots of room for each of the guests, plenty of bedding and towels available, all the games a family could want! Check in was as instructed, kitchen had all the appliances and dish-ware needed, the home and property was clean and inviting, the hot tub was not as clean as I would have liked, chemicals seemed to be off leaving an unpleasant smell and foam when the jets were turned on. Host was available when requested, helped me out with extra parking was needed. It was a beautiful home in a quiet community and the perfect place for weekend getaway!

A quiet place in Ontario

A family of 4 adults enjoyed our stay at the Baker Home. Clean, spacious and needed items are at hand. We wanted for nothing. This home is on a quiet canal. It was peaceful to sit on the deck, deck or hot tub. The pool table in the large game room was fabulous! Communication between the owner and us, was easy. Questions were answered promptly.

Great place to stay

This is a lovely, extremely clean and very spacious house. We appreciated the relatively equal size of the 4 large bedrooms and the excellent quality of the mattresses and linens. We all slept very well there! The kitchen is also nice and large and very well-stocked. Leah was very quick to respond to our questions. Lighthouse Cove is a unique community of houses on canals -- I don't think many Ontarians know of this area. There is not much to do in the surrounding area in winter but it is a nice house/hot tub to hang out in. Absolutely would not recommend this area for small kids -- there are no fences along the canals.
