This apartment is located in a new luxury community called River & Rich in downtown Columbus.

It’s nestled along the river, perfectly located to be close enough to the action for easy access, yet far enough away to enjoy peace, quiet, and easy parking. You'll love all the art and hand-painted murals.

The apartment is walkable to breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and other attractions...many just a few steps from our door.

It's super easy to get anywhere downtown from our place...by car, bicycle, scooter, Uber/Lyft, walking, etc.

You're reserving our entire apartment. You'll also have access to the resort-style pool, fitness center, gourmet coffee station, and more.

Step out from our brand new apartment building and you're just a short walk from all the best things about downtown Columbus!

It's super easy to get anywhere in the city from this apartment. There's a bike/walking trail onsite that goes through downtown, plus a scooter drop-off right outside our building! We have 24/7 availability of Uber/Lyft etc. Many attractions are within walking distance. Driving is easy and stress-free as well since parking is nearly always available on the side streets surrounding our building and there's a cheap brand new parking garage right behind our building (only $8/day for visitors - but free for you)

We love pets! Cats and dogs <75 lbs are welcome to join you during your stay (2 pets max). No commonly restricted breeds please. $10/night pet fee will apply.
