The Sabbath House is an 8 bedroom/8.5 bath lodge that sleeps 19-20. It is ideally suited for family reunions, group retreats, and small weddings. The 5,000 square foot lodge with 8 bedrooms is located in the Smoky Mountains, just outside of Bryson City, NC, The Sabbath House is a unique retreat house that provides a peaceful environment where friends and family can truly reconnect with each other.

Lodge Information: The main portion of the lodge features a large, two-story gathering room with a stone wood burning fireplace, comfortable Mission style sofas and chairs, and dining tables and chairs for 16-20. The loft has a comfortable seating area and library as well as a baby grand player piano. A covered porch with rocking chairs runs the full 155 foot length of the lodge, offering an ideal place to visit with friends and family and enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains. There is also an outdoor fire pit area with seating that provides a great place for making s'mores and enjoying the beautiful night sky unobstructed by the lights of the city.

Room Information: The lodge has eight individual bedrooms for your group, each with its own private bath. Each bedroom has its own private entrance from the front porch, that overlooks the Great Smoky Mountains. Five bedrooms have a set of twin beds, and three have both a twin and a full size bed. One bedrooms is handicapped accessible.

The Sabbath House driveway is located off a gravel road with steepness, 4-wheel or all-wheel drive is necessary.
