Welcome to Toronto to share my lovely home.
It's a one bedroom unit with wrap around Juliet balcony lakeview and cityview located in the tourist hub. It's about 5-15 minute walk to most major tourist spots like CN Tower, Aquarium, Roger Center, Toronto Metro Convention Center, Union Station, King Street entertaining district, Yonge/Dundas square, Eaton Center......etc.
It's perfect for business trip or leisure travel. Safely walk back home in 10min after Blue Jays baseball game, Raptors basketball game, Toronto Maple Leafs hockey game, or a concert at Scotia Arena.
There are plenty of public transportation downstairs like: City bike Rental, Street Car#510, #509, Water taxi to center island, even the city center airport is 20min walk. FlixBus downstairs only eur15 can take you to Niagara fall.
Breakfast, restaurants, supermarket, Starbucks and pharmacy are also just at your door step.
This is a very safe area to walk around even midnight. there's 24hour front desk security in the lobby. I love to have a long walk along the water in the morning or at night. Don't miss the Music Garden designed by Yoyo Ma in the end of the walk at Lower Spadina and Queens Quay West. It has free concert music in summer and lots variety of flowers and trees.
The apartment has all you need for a comfortable home stay. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, pots, utensils.....etc), in-suite washer/dryer, air condition, heat, unlimited wifi, TV.....etc). There's a bedroom that you can wake up in lakeview sunrise, and there's a comfortable sofa bed in the living room can accommodate extra 2 people
by the way, we have a stunning lakeview patio with outdoor/indoor pool, gym, sauna, steam in the recreation center on the 2nd floor which open from 5am till 12 midnight.
There's no parking spot come with this unit because you already in the center of tourist spots, you don't need a car to go around!! If you need a car for the day to go to Niagara Fall or Wonderland, I usually walk 11min to Enterprise car rental on 200 front street to pick up a rental and return in the evening so you can avoid expensive overnight parking cost.

House Rules:
1. It's a quiet residential condo building. So No party allowed in the unit, No smoking allowed in the unit or on balcony or at pool side patio as smoke detector is very sensitive and neighbours will complaint. Smoke only on the street OUTSIDE the building.
2. Please respect neighbours so no loud music or volume after 11pm.
3. NO candle fire in the apartment and please check make sure turn off cooking fire, lights, air condition before you sleep or leave the unit.
4. Reservation from local Toronto Area guest are not accepted. Do not book if from Toronto as your reservation will be canceled.
5. Please respect to all house rules as the condo management office take it very seriously!! Not following house rules will immediately result $1000 fine and you'll be asked to leave.
6. Key/Fob need to be place back into the lockbox and designated area after checkout. Lost key/fob or failed to do so will result $250 deduct from your security deposit because my cleaning lady and next guest cannot access the unit as scheduled.
