The place was in a great location, but beware of this host. Nothing in there post stated they have multiple units in the building and our unit was not as pictured. Which I could have gotten past that until the Den Room was nothing more than a prison mattress full of stains and the floor hadn’t been cleaned. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the cabinet was damaged, and it was full of used toiletry items. The carpet in the main bedroom was stained and black along the molding.

Some difficulty checking in as the concierge had the wrong dates, but it was resolved within 20 minutes. The unit was similar to the pictures but not entirely accurate. Overall the location and price made it a worthwhile stay.

The location was very convenient to allow exploration of downtown Toronto. 1 block away from the Convention center and CN tower. Transit is within a short walk and many restaurants and shops nearby. Perfect location for a weekend trip!

The place was nice but nothing like what I had booked. I remembered booking for a location on the 20th floor, facing the CN tower but ours was on the 10th floor instead. The layout was completely different as well, and unfortunately the pull-out couch was extremely uncomfortable. But the place is extremely well located, I loved watching the city from the window.Great and friendly communication. :)

The view out the window of the suite is not th same as the listingThe suite was in need of maintenance.Baseboards missing,a broken light fixture Loose plumbing. The bed cloths were old There had been a major flood that knocked out two of the three elevators.Causing long waits to get to and from the suiteWall paper was peeling off the walls of the hallway leading to the suite.None of these issues were communicated by the host prior to arrival.I took the suite because it was close to where I was working in Toronto, but will not stay there again.Not worth the money charged.

Went to Toronto to see Taylor Swift and this condo could not have been any closer to the action. Perfect apartment in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

the trip that NEVER was

Owner cancelled reservation 4 hours before our stay. Never responded to any of my texts via vrbo leading up to stay. I had tried to communicate with him 3 days prior and never heard back. Horrible experience. However vrbo helped after an dee were able to find another place trough expedia last minute.

Very disappointing experience. On the morning of check-in, the host relocated us to another building due to a supposed plumbing issue, yet the Vrbo reservation was never updated. We were told amenities would remain the same, but building staff confirmed short-term guests cannot use the pool, gym, or hot tub — the main reason we booked. After that, the host ignored all calls and messages. Looking at reviews, this seems to be a repeated pattern. I would strongly caution others before booking.

Our stay was great. 4 of us came from Texas and it was our first time in Toronto. The VRBO is located perfectly, and is walking distance of most places we went. Lots of room for 4 of us to stay, and even has a balcony. Was a great stay, and would totally come back! Thank y’all!!

Perfect location

Had a great stay at this downtown location. Minutes to walk to Jays game and has a delicious brunch spot just beside the building. The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The unit had everything we needed for our stay and the building was super quiet.

Great location!

Had a great trip. Location of his property was excellent. The parking spot included was very convenient and felt very safe. Lots to see and do and being in the heart of things made it easy to walk everywhere. Sam was a big help when we had trouble getting on the internet.
