On arrival at The Ritz you cannot help be impressed by the sheer size and spaciousness on offer in this house sized first floor apartment.

Blending an eclectic mix of Balinese and Industrial makes for a holiday home that offers a sense of fun and playfulness, with its pops of primary colours, carefully curated artworks and impressive hand carved furnishings scattered throughout the home.

The living area is bright, spacious and infused with natural light and provides an everchanging kaleidoscope of colours and scenery throughout the day as the hustle and bustle and the energized vibe of 'town' plays out on your doorstep.

This huge three bedroom, two bathroom apartment truly is a hidden gem and offers the unique experience of having a sense of being nestled away privately in the tree tops while still being in the heart of town. Stepping on to your patio provides you with glimpses of sailing masts as they sail down the Clarence River, the perfect place for the family to congregate and unwind.

Everything is on your doorstep while holidaying at The Ritz, beaches, cafes, shops and restaurants are all footsteps away from your front door. There is no need for the car once you are settled in and enjoying the ambience of your private patio watching the world go by while awaiting another perfect sunset from the best seats in town.

This property is sure to impress and keep you coming back year after year to the best little country town in Australia.

A spacious apartment, perfect location.

Joan’s apartment is incredibly spacious, clean and perfectly located with shops, cafes and beautiful walks right on your doorstep. A perfect spot for a few days for our extended family.

Precious holiday in heart of Yamba

Had a wonderful time in the space of this apartment which is like a New York studio vibe with lots of space to spread out and find a quiet place to read or do some yoga. And a special place to catch up as a family.

This property has a lot to offer. Centrally located to everything in Yamba, this apartment is modern, spacious and very clean. Owner Joan was very friendly and welcoming. Perfect apartment for large families or a group of friends. Will definitely be back.

Great location in centre of town, walk to shops, the river and beach. Spacious, modern bathrooms and kitchen, well stocked utensils. However, the property is a former commercial property, poorly converted. Lots of wasted space, fancy but not functional furniture. Most disappointingly, there is no 3rd bedroom. It's an open internal room (3 walls only) off a common area. No door, no windows, no hanging or drawers, no air conditioning, no where to put a suitcase. There are split air conditioning units in the other 2 bedrooms, but their use doesn't extend to the lounge / dining / kitchen areas. Very hot in the morning and stuffy at night. Might suit 2 couples in July but poor for 3 couples in February.

I Love Yamba

Fantastic clean, very large unit very close to the centre of town and beaches and golf course. Joanie the owner met us on arrival walked us through the unit and explained everything thoroughly. Yamba is a great town with plenty of restuarants and cafes to choose from and magnificent beaches. Joanie was happy to help with suggestions and they are close by if there are any problems. Yamba is our favourite coastal town to holiday in and we would not hesitate to stay at The Ritz again.

Easy and relaxing

We had a wonderful weekend of shopping and trying out all of the restaurants. Location of the property was great and the apartment is very spacious. Joan was very accommodating and so kind. Beds are all very comfortable too. Highly recommend.

3 women escaping work and family for 2 nights

Great location walking distance to everything food, beach, shopping and massages! We parked, unpacked and didn’t move the car until we left! The flat is spacious, clean, light and very welcoming! We had a fantastic time here, would highly recommend it. Joan is a great host and super accommodating!!

Great apartment and location

Friends and I stayed for 2 nights in April. Joanie met us on arrival, had fresh flowers and chocolates in the apartment. The apartment is in a great location, is clean and very spacious. Would recommend this apartment.

Perfect apartment

Our stay at The Ritz in Yamba has been perfect. The apartment is spacious, and bright right in the centre of town. There was everything we needed for our little getaway, comfortable beds and our host Joan was great. Fresh flowers and the licorice all sorts were a special touch. My friends and I will return and definitely recommend The Ritz...the name says it all.
