Situated on a quiet street, and over looking farm land, it is only a short walk to picturesque Lake Marma & Rabl Park, home to Heritage listed Stick shed, and only a 10 minute drive to Rupanyup the start of the Silo Art Trail. 55 Mins drive to Halls Gap, the heart of the Grampians National Park.
It's also an ideal stop over when traveling between Adelaide & Melbourne.

The house offers free WI-FI and Netflix, ducted split system with vents in each room, a lock up garage and plenty of undercover parking. It has front and rear access, and off street parking for caravan / motorhome / ect… We have a well maintained lawn / garden area, and a large undercover outdoor area, equipped with BBQ and out door dining. The kitchen is also well equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher, and fan forced oven. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and drying rack for your convenience.
I provide a small supply of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and continental breakfast to get you through the first night. Plus a few basics like salt & pepper, olive oil, cling wrap, foil, and paper towels. We have a great little supermarket in town for any extra supplies you may need.
