We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Very comfortable and cute! We had a white coffee cup handle that just dropped off the cup. Had nothing in it. Other than that really enjoyed our stay. One thing that would have been a nice addition would have been some mini toiletries--soap, shampoo etc. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was perfect for our visit! We were able to go between my daughter’s home in Apex, downtown Apex, and the surrounding Triangle for the perfect vacation.

Perfect place

Located near downtown Apex, the house was perfect for us. It is stylishly decorated and very clean in a quiet neighborhood. Our communication with the owner was prompt. We certainly would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Loved the proximity to downtown Apex and the beautifully maintained property. The house was furnished with everything we needed and had a beautiful backyard to enjoy with a gas grill. Will book again the next time we are in town.

The house was impeccably clean and charming. The beds were first rate and comfortable. We were disappointed with the lack of freeTV offerings, however the wifi was very reliable and high speed.

Nice place, close to Apex downtown

Our family stayed here in the middle of October for a few days. It is very close to downtown Apex (I highly recommend Common Grounds Coffee). The house was suitable for our trip. Our only complaints are that the TV would not work in the spare room due to batteries being corroded in the remote and hairs visible around the floor/baseboard in the bathrooms. It was really nice that the front door had a keypad and no need to worry about a key.

Cut, quiet, clean and close to downtown Apex!

Great stay in recently renovated home in downtown Apex! A couple suggestions....ceiling fans in bedrooms would help with air circulation and dimmers on the ceiling lights in living room, kitchen and bedrooms!

Great property minutes away from everything you need

This beautifully remodeled home was perfect for our family, catching shows at the nearby venue. Found in a quiet neighborhood close to historic downtown Apex, we had a wonderful time to rest and relax before each night's show. The property owners communicated well with us prior to arrival and while we were staying. Make sure you try out "Anna's Pizzaria" for some delicious pizza when you stay. And if in season, take the 15 minute drive to Farrel's Creek farm and pick some blueberries! If we are back in the area for shows we will definitely stay again.

Wonderful and Welcoming

If the chance ever arose, we would definitely stay here again. Clean and very welcoming along with being very well appointed. We were stressing because we forgot to bring coffee and were pleasantly surprised that the owners left us two packets of coffee to get us through until we went to the store. Probably one of the highlights of the trip. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils, although we really didn't cook there. There were paper towels, but a dish towel would have been great to have. We did not use the outside area but it looked like it would be enjoyable. Thanks for sharing your home with us, much better and more relaxing than a hotel.

Are stay was good!

A couple things misleading. Time in book Check out 10 online 11:00. No pet but you may use dog beds that are there. I understand pet fee but we had a service dog. We did have some family come visit. It was kind of hard to accommodate 5 people for sitting. You might want to check out the washer. Just a few recommendations to check on. Thank you for the stay. Over all the place is very nice and a good location would recommend!

Great access to DT Apex

Sweet house with nice backyard space and walkable to downtown Apex. Very comfortable beds and the twin pull-out was perfect for our toddler. In-unit laundry worked great. They provided some essentials like laundry pods, toothbrushes, and razors which was a welcoming touch. Easy communication with property manager with all information in one place. Check-in process was simple with a door code, however the code given was incorrect with a couple numbers switched so it took a minute to figure out. Double check accuracy. Our only complaint was that there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and all the plastic drinking glasses had leaks (I don't think they are dishwasher safe) so we had to buy disposable cups. Overall, we'd stay again! It was great to have family all in one place with such great access to everything we needed to get to.
