Bright and sunny, private and quiet, perched in the treetops, nestled in the foothills of Mt Benson. The suite affords utmost privacy with a separate entrance, and the layout sets it far from the main house.
Newer home, island decor, with all the amenities to make your stay warm and welcoming.
Come enjoy the island and this rural, seaside area with close proximity to Mt Benson, Westwood Lake, Ammonite Falls, Benson Creek Falls Regional Park, Pipers Lagoon and Neck Point Park.

Beach towels, umbrella, cooler, located in the closet under the stairs for guest use.

Very nice place to stay. It had all that we needed for our short stay. A bit tricky to find when we arrived late but once that was figured out it was all good. Good parking, bed was comfortable and we appreciated the laundry facilities.

Ryan’s property is a hidden gem for a couple or single traveller. Everything you need and very quiet. We really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom and easy access to the highway. Great value, and would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at the house! Ryan is truly a gem—so friendly and great at keeping in touch! The place was spotless, beautifully furnished, and in a nice, quiet area. Simply amazing!

Highly recommended stay.

We had a fantastic stay. It was very clean, the host was available if needed and we had complete privacy. The unit had air conditioning which was a nice bonus. Would stay again.

Fantastic Stay in Nanaimo

Really couldn’t have been better. Beautiful area nestled in the trees. Apartment was spacious and very quiet. Short drive anywhere. Ryan was super easy to communicate with before and during the stay. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Nanaimo.

Ryan was an excellent host. We had never been to the area and was very pleased with the location of the rental. The rental was well equipped, very clean, perfect layout for 2 people, quiet and very welcoming. If we make it back to the area we will most definitely stay again. Thank you!

Nice location, was generally quiet and cozy. Private entrance, nice big closet, well-stocked kitchen in terms of pots and pens and knives and spices. Good value for the price. I had no major complaints, only minor ones. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo, there was none. I loved the neighborhood with the huge trees!
