Contemporary B&B with Ensuite, Kitchenette and Separate Entrance

We look forward to warmly welcoming you to our guest suite in beautiful Aylmerton. In our modern, split-level home, our guest suite has a separate entrance and makes up the entire living space on the lower level; offering comfort, convenience and privacy.
This charming space is an easy 10 minute drive to the Mittagong CBD and is surrounded by all the wonderful things the Southern Highlands has to offer including wineries, restaurants, walking tracks, gardens and artistic attractions.
The space
This cosy, self-contained guest suite has a comfy queen bed, ensuite, walk in robe and kitchenette. We pride ourselves on being immaculately clean and like to add extra, thoughtful touches to make our guests feel at home.

Very clean, comfortable & stylish accommodation with all the kitchenette amenities. There were several nice touches like cold water, coffee pod machine, complimentary drinks and treats for when we arrived including breakfast choices, condiments & much more!Great place and Monique is a helpful & responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend the place for anyone and will definitely look at staying here in the future.

Easy to get to from Hume Hwy. Convenient location for Southern Highlands. Clean and tidy and well equipped for a short stay. Owners communicate quickly and clearly and were very welcoming. Car space right at the front door. Happy to recommend and will be rebooking when I need to be back in the area.

Welcome pack was great & well received - we were amazed at how well set out the room was, and it was so modern & clean - recommend this place as a great place to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer - we went to a music festival at the vineyards in Bowral, and this is a great place to stay if you are doing something like that - 5 stars.

Lovely host who gave lots of information leading up to our stay and who is very responsive. The welcome pack and breakfast food were appreciated. Such a wonderful host, all questions were answered instantly. The property is in showroom condition and the personal touch was an unexpected treat. I highly recommend this stay if in the area. They certainly are head and shoulders above the rest.

Cute little B&B for a quick getaway!

My partner and I stayed at Monique’s spotless B&B for a night to get away from Sydney. Monique was very easy to communicate with (and quick to reply) and very welcoming. We arrived to a basket of snacks and goodies on the bed as well as everything you could need for breakfast the next day! Would definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my time at the BnB. It felt really homely and comfortable and has everything you need. I especially liked the heated blankets as it was still a bit cold in the evenings and the fact that it was absolutely immaculate. Monique is also very attentive and accomodating. I really appreciated the welcome basket which was lovely and really speaks to Moniques thoughtfulness. My whole stay overall was very pleasant.

Convenient location, cosy and clean

My husband and I enjpyed our stay, we were minding our granddaughter in Bowral during the evening and this property was perfect for us. Lovely welcome hamper and breakfast supplies were perfect for what we needed. Very clean, cosy bed and shower very relaxing.
