Well appointed and beautifully presented, this exceptional Northland house enjoys fantastic indoor/outdoor living with Wi-Fi plus a solar heated swimming pool.

Set across 3 levels, this Tutukaka holiday house includes spacious open plan living on the middle floor. The gas fireplace is an ideal option for cooler stays, with prime sea views to be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofa... Seamless outdoor flow ensures the perfect summer haven, with generous multi-level decking, a swimming pool, and stunning sea views!

Designed for entertaining, the kitchen and dining areas provide sheltered dining outside under a louvre-tec system, including an exterior gas fireplace to keep you toasty, or dine inside whilst still enjoying the views of the bay! The entertainment system includes a Hi Fi system both inside and out, with zones to select either inside or outside speaker areas - select your favourite soundtrack!

Situated on the top level, the master bedroom at this Tutukaka accommodation has a king bed plus an ensuite, including a well-positioned bath for taking in the scenery while you relax! Located on the middle floor, bedroom 2 has an ensuite plus a king bed. On the lower level, bedroom 3 has a queen bed plus an ensuite. Perfect for any indoor days, the rumpus has a single bunk set and doubles as a games room, including an air hockey table, a DVD player, Smart TV, and X-box all available to keep the kids entertained. Access to the bathroom from the rumpus room, is via bedroom 3.

This modern Northland base is perfect for couples and families to enjoy a refreshing and peaceful stay - chill out indoors and admire the views, fire up the BBQ for amazing kiwi summers, or set out on adventure... You are just a 2 minute drive from the general store for holiday supplies, or visit the local cafes for your daily fix. Explore the local diving and fishing tours, or head up to Matapouri and Sandy bay a few minutes drive away...

As there is a small unfenced area on the section, with a drop off into bush, guests are encouraged to take care while outside.

The swimming pool is solar heated, and is available for bookings from 1 December through to 30 April. Please note that the pool is not available during the rest of the year.

Please note: Access to the bathroom from the rumpus room, is via bedroom 3.
