With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and three outdoor living spaces, this beautiful large house easily accommodates up to 14 guests. Whether it be a family get together or a group holiday with friends, Oceana Escape has the capacity to easily cater to large groups of travellers.

Upon entry, a tranquil aquarium sets the scene for your sunset-filled stay overlooking the water. A generous combined gourmet kitchen and dining area with spectacular views ensures meal times will be a pleasure, while the enormous lounge room with ample comfy leather seating invites you to curl up and enjoy Netflix, or simply soak up the mesmerising endless views of the Derwent River, Hobart city and kunanyi (Mt Wellington).

Sleeping arrangements comprise three king beds, one queen and one double. All beds are furnished with electric blankets, quality quilts and pillows and professionally laundered linen to ensure your ultimate comfort and a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom features a stunning ensuite complete with a twin shower - perfect for romantics :) Four of the bedrooms have water views, and options for extra guests include one sofa bed in the lounge room and two sofa beds in the rumpus/pool table room.

For family fun, the trampoline, pool table, dart board and table tennis table will entertain young and old alike, while a cubby house playground with slide and swing will delight little ones, all within the safety of a fully fenced property.Oceana Escape is located approximately 20 minutes by car from Hobart city, and 20 minutes from Hobart International Airport. There is free off-street parking for up to 2 vehicles plus free on-street parking. There is a bus stop less than a minute's walk from the house, with the bus ride (route 615) into the city taking around 35 minutes.
A professional fish keeper comes to the property fortnightly on Friday between 10am and 4pm to feed the tropical fish. He has his own key and will always knock before entering.2019/004926
