It includes 2 adult kayaks, 1 youth kayak, & SUP! Enjoy the large yard. After a fun day in the sun relax in the hammock under the trees or push the kiddos in the tire swing! Grab a cocktail & sit around the firepit on cooler nights or watch the sunset from the brand-new deck!

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Upstairs Master with King Bed & 2 slide out twin beds with en-suite bathroom - Sleeps 2-4
• Bedroom 2: Queen Size Bed - Sleeps 2
• Bedroom 3: Bunkroom with Twin over Full bunk beds and a slide out twin trundle - Sleeps 2-4 
(Inside the closet are 2 extra kids beds for extra sleeping space if needed)

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the whole property including the house, carport, and backyard. This property leads all the way down to the river.

Located near the Slab, Lake LBJ, Wineries, Hiking Trails and more

Other Things to Note:
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $60 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

River levels vary depending on the time of year.

Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
