After a tremendous amount of effort by our hard-working team, we are thrilled to begin a phased reopening of South Seas resort. Over the next few months, we will add new amenities to expand our offerings to our friends and family returning to our sea-side home.

Current Services
We are excited to begin accepting reservations for some of our Villas this summer. At this time, you’ll have access to our two-and-a-half glorious miles of pristine white-sand beaches, where you can take in our famous sunsets, world-renowned shelling, and incredible natural wildlife. While we continue to make progress on our recovery efforts, many areas of the resort remain under construction and some amenities will be more limited than you are accustomed to.

In addition to our private beach set-up and programming, guests will have access to Starbucks and several restaurants on Andy Rosse Lane. We will also be introducing food trucks and a new beachfront dining venue at Sunset Beach. Housekeeping will be on departure only.

Guest Safety
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests, please be aware the resort is currently undergoing significant construction and improvements to further restore and add new amenity spaces.

During your stay, you may encounter heavy equipment moving along the roadways and association parking lots, and near private homes and villa drives. Some of the machinery sits at a considerable height from the ground, which may obstruct the operator’s line of vision. For your safety, we kindly request that if you are driving, please adhere to the posted speed limits and come to a complete stop at stop signs. For those who are biking, walking, or jogging, please remain vigilant and aware of your surroundings.

To ensure your safety throughout the property, we have erected protective barriers around areas that are currently under construction. Even if there is no visible sign of construction, certain areas have been cordoned off due to potential hazards.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work towards enhancing your South Seas experience. We can’t wait to welcome you back, so you can continue to make unforgettable memories with your friends and family.

ABOUT YOUR VILLA:
Perfect for larger families or parties, the 3 Bedroom Beach Villas offer superior accommodations and vistas. Be drawn into island living by the spectacular views of Gulf of Mexico and the Island’s 2.5 miles of sugar sand beaches that are just beyond the screened balcony. All on the top floor, unique features like a wrought iron spiral staircase leading to a 2nd floor loft bedroom with sitting area that overlooks the living room. Also on the first floor are master and second bedroom, dining area, full kitchen and two baths. Enjoy 1600 square feet of vacation dream home style living space and the best feature, an expansive beach that is just steps away. Great for longer stays, coin laundry facilities are available on the ground floor of each building. Savor the fresh air at dedicated pools that are also equipped with gas grills, wonderful for cookouts of the day’s catch! The Three Bedroom Beach Villa sleeps 8 guests.

At South Seas, our sanitation procedures are rooted in the CDC guidelines, and we are following guidance from public health authorities. We will not be able to offer any early check-in or late check-out requests until further notice, due to the time it takes to properly clean and sanitize the unit for the next guest arrival.

Our enhanced cleaning measures include:
Partnering with industry experts, such as Ecolab®, to ensure we have training on hygiene and infection prevention. Ecolab, a global leader in hygiene and chemical products, is a trusted industry partner. Training hotel staff on cleaning and sanitizing procedures developed by AIMClean, our robust cleaning and sanitizing certificate program includes best practices from in-house and outside experts.
