Beautiful

Let me begin by thanking Stacy for accepting our last-minute reservation request. Stacy not only responded to our request but went out of her way to quickly get the house ready for us. The house is stunning and comfortable at the same time. Although we were only there for the weekend - everyone agreed that it would be for an extended stay with just adults - or with families. We did have dinner at the country club bar & grill. Great service! If you are considering this property - just do it! Host, Management, House, & Resort will not disappoint.

Amazing house!!

Our stay was perfect. The owner and the management company were such a delight to work with and the house was spectacular. We had eight adults and seven children and everyone found a spot. The pool was amazing. The backyard beautiful the game room was great. I highly recommend this house and we will be back.

Best House in Reunion !!

We rented this house for an 8 person Golf trip !! I have rented houses for more than 20 years for this Annual Golf trip. This House by far has been the best house we have rented to date !! The Check in Process was extremely easy - The owner and Management Team were a true pleasure to work with. The house exceeded all our expectations !! The rooms were well acquainted and the Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for our group. This house and outdoor pool area was perfect for us and the pool and Hot-Tub were the best we have seen in any house so far !! I would highly recommend this location for your next Trip !! Thank you to Stacy who was a pleasure to work with during our whole stay !! We will be using this house for years to come for our trips !!

My family and I had a wonderful trip. The house was amazing. We did not have any issues. Both the owner and management company were welcoming! Our favorite part of the house was the pool area! Wow!

Great stay

The house was amazing. It looks better in person than in the pictures. The pool and slide were perfect and you are able to control the temperature. The only word of caution is if you have a large group, there is not enough toilet paper or paper towels provided. Thankfully we brought extra so we were covered.

Great Place for my Husband's 50th Birthday - Family Get'Away

This place was wonderful!!! We had a family get'away to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday, and this home was perfect!!! Its fit everyone perfectly, each room had its own bathroom, the living room was a great place to hang out with the kids, and family, and the POOL was wonderful. We were able to BBQ one night, it was so easy and stressfree. THANK YOU for allowing us to rent, and we hope to be back soon.

Gorgeous home to entertain

The house is as gorgeous as advertised! I used the home to entertain customers and clients for a week and it was amazing. If you have the opportunity to experience this home, I strongly recommend it. The owner is extremely thoughtful and is more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is enjoyable.

Wonderful retreat

We loved this house and had plenty of room for everyone. It was a very short weekend so we didn't check out the fitness center or other facilities, but the kitchen was well-appointed and the rooms were all very comfortable. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't terribly warm so we couldn't swim, but other than that this was a really amazing weekend and we are hoping to come back.

Beautiful Home!

This place is stunning! Luxury in every detail. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We stayed during a hurricane, so we didn’t get to enjoy it to its fullest. The only downsides would be the fees that are built in, in order to reach out to the managing office after 5pm. The upstairs water heater kept tripping. Game room for the kids was amazing. Plenty of kitchen space and seating area. Overall a good experience.

Ideal For 7 Couples

This house was stunning. The rooms were comfortable for 7 couples. We had everything we needed, including Keurig and regular coffee makers. Stacy is an extremely kind and attentive host. The pool was warm and the outdoor space was very inviting. Our group was comfortable in one house and we felt very well cared for. Thank you, Stacy.

Lovely Home with Some Issues

The house is beautiful and the owner is very responsive when issues (of which there were a few) arose. The bedding (comforters, bedspreads, etc.) could use an upgrade and the fabric covered couches and chairs and outside bed should really be cleaned as there are quite a few stains. Our main issues were with the owner's managment company, Jeeves. There were issues throughout our stay, some small (ceiling fans not working) and some quite a bit larger. The first full day of our stay our party of 8 went to the Magic Kingdom for a very long day and night and when we returned at midnight, the door code didn't work and we couldn't get into the house. We are tired, we are hot, we are just wanting to get inside but it took over an hour and several desperate calls to the managment company (who is supposed to have assistance 24/7 when you rent one of these properties) before we were finally told that the door lock was broken and they found a way to get us inside. We were also told that the broken lock would be reported and someone would be by in the morning to take care of it which did not happen. We, again, had to make several calls before anyone arrived to fix this issue. We also had trouble with the hot tub not working for the first few days. We did everything that the owner had told us to do to turn it on but it took several of the Jeeves team coming out before it was finally usable which was a great disappointment. As far as the pool (which is beautiful goes) the bottom of the pool was green with mildew (or whatever you call it) and someone from Jeeves needed to come out to shock the pool so that the bottom was no longer green. Last comment about the pool area - there is only one functioning button to push to keep the very loud pool alarm from going off when a door to that area is opened. (A wiring issue, we were told). As the one working button is farther away from the door, my friend who was trying to get to the door before the alarm went off took a bad fall (due to rushing) that could have resulted in a serious injury. Hopefully, that is fixed by now. Finally the Sonos sound system has some issues and our last night there we were awakened at about 2 am to extremely loud music throughout the house. We weren't able to stop it no matter what we tried. Finally, after about 20 minutes of the music, one of us thought to uninstall the sonos app, re-install it, and then turn it off which worked. Overall, our stay was made less pleasant by the issues. :(
