Our stay was very relaxing. Peaceful setting was perfect for our family ranging from toddler to grandparents. Perfect place to spend time walking outside and visiting together inside in between wedding activities

This rental was fantastic! Had family in town and decided to all stay at this property together. Kids were back and forth between the pond and pool all day. Pond was a bit low due to not having much rain lately, but the boys were still able to pull bass and a couple catfish out.I'd highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a country setting out of the city.

The three pros for staying at this property: the view out the front door, the beds were very comfortable, and plenty of space for a large group. The cons: lack of care and cleanliness throughout the entire home; inside and out.It Peeling wallpaper, dirty carpets, dirty kitchen and pool. The list goes on. The property manager was not helpful nor cared when we called to address the algae in the pool. We would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful! It was wonderful for a large family vacation.

The grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub very much. The house is large enough for everyone to have their own private bedroom/retreat. Great location.

This home was very scenic and the location was great. The home needs a few repairs and a deep clean but overall was a great location and fun place to stay.

We had a great time at this property. The outside theatre a fan favorite. There was plenty of room for us all and the scenery is beautiful.

Christmas Reunion

We had seven adults, eight children and a dog. We loved the outside theater, the hot tub and the fire pit. The house was big enough that if you needed a quiet space you could find it but also had games for the kids, and pool room, TVs everywhere if they needed it. The outside was so enjoyable, beautiful area, close to a fantastic little town. Any problems we had were addressed immediately. We enjoyed our time immensely!immensely. sEnjoyedenjoyed our time.

Great Stay

This property was great for our family get together. There was plenty of space for 6-adults and 4-kids who ranged in age from 1-10. The primary bedroom is huge and has huge closets; made a great place for the 1-year olds pack-’n-play. Communication was easy and we received quick responses to questions.

In the Woods, but suprislingly close to everything

We all had a blast staying at this property. Infinity pool, whole house music hook up and one of a kind outdoor movie set up were the highlights. House is well stocked with everything you would need, host is very responsive, huge property for plenty to do for kids and adults.

So much potential

Overall, this is a fantastic, lovely, large property and house! It is in a convenient location as we traveled pretty easily between downtown Nashville, Franklin, and Columbia for wedding weekend activities. It appears to be primarily for rental purposes and would make for a fantastic bachelorette weekend, etc. The host was quick to respond when we were not able to locate towels (they were in the washer / dryer). The host also sent new towels / washcloths the next morning.

So much potential

This is a fantastic, spacious, elegant large property in a great location for navigating wedding activities from Downtown Nashville to Columbia. Host was very responsive when we could not find wash cloths the night we arrived (they were in washer and dryer). The next day host even sent new ones. As is common with short term rentals, some washcloths had old makeup stains and one bedroom had wine drips and small hole in carpet. Overall, though, a lovely place for a large group!

Beautiful grand house

We had 15 girls and 3 adults staying at this property for a college soccer showcase in Murfreesboro. The property and home was perfect for the girls to have some bonding time and relax in-between games. We never could find the 4 rollaways but we were able to use the guest house and 2 found mattresses in the attic to fit everyone. Would have loved to have stayed here in the warmer months to enjoy more of the outside activities

Family Fun!

We had 15 gather for the week - grandparents to grandkids! Everyone had a wonderful time with plenty of room and a great pool. To be fair, though, the tree house advertised is unsafe/in complete disrepair. Aside from the patch in the circle drive right by the house, the lawn is tall grass/weeds including the volleyball area. Our kids are ages 10 to 3, so we had limited options to play outside. The driveway has had a cut through it that needs attention, and overall, the house is a dated, especially upstairs. The property manager was very responsibe and helpful. The overall condition/property did not prevent us from enjoying our time together, but to be honest, we did not put this property on our radar for a future stay.

Really enjoyed it but may need some tweaking

Overall we loved the property! It was gorgeous and incredibly spacious. Everyone had plenty of room and we loved the pool and beautiful grounds! We did have just a few issues that we wanted to be sure you knew about. The outdoor projector was really neat but it only worked for about 20 minutes at a time before overheating. One of the kitchen cabinet doors as well as one of the tables on the patio appeared to be held up with scotch tape. We couldn’t get any of the counter height outlets in the restrooms to work. The driveway has two large potholes in it that “bottomed out” one car in our party. The tub in the master bathroom leaks pretty severely. The faucet controls in the hall bathroom weren’t connected properly and didn’t work. We received a text message before check in that directed us to arrive at 2:00 pm (contrary to what we were told via email which directed us to arrive at 3) and told us that the access code we were to use had to be used before that time which caused some confusion for us. The lady who was there with the cleaning service was incredibly helpful and sweet and helped us get that figured out, though. Like I said, overall such an amazing property. Thank you so much, we very much enjoyed our stay.

Property Needs Attention

1. Oven Issues: neither of the oven doors would stay closed. We had to use duct tape to hold it in place in order to cook. The ovens were also was in need of a deep clean.2. Grill Incident: the grill caught fire while we were preparing ribeye steaks due to grease left from previous use3. Cleanliness Concerns: Upon arrival, it was clear that the property had not been cleaned properly, which was disappointing given the premium fee we paid. The trash can was dirty, along with someone else's trash behind the trash can. Some of the drawers were dirty as well. There was also someone else's vacuum remnants in the vacuum on the property. 4. Basic Supplies Missing: There was no hand soap at one of the sinks in the master bath and no hand soap at the kitchen sink. There were also no trash bags or paper towels provided in the property. We had to go out and buy these items, which we left for the next guest. We also left some dish cloths, as there was only one we could find.5. Table upstairs: There was a table that was on the top floor that was broken and not usable. It actually caused a concern as one of the kids was trying to use the table and toppled over because it was broken. This is a safety concern that needs immediate attention.6. 1st Bedroom down the hall: This bedroom had heavy stains on the carpet in the room. In the bathroom the shower curtain had mildew on it and the fabric curtain was stained badly.

Amazing Stay

This property is everything and more! We stayed here for our daughter's wedding. We chose this house because it was going to allow friends and family to stay with us to make the time that much more enjoyable. The stay was totally amazing. The house is wonderful; the property is AMAZING. We truly, truly, truly loved our time and are already looking at other opportunities to stay here again! You will NOT be disappointed!

Perfect place

There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room. All of us were adults but it is a great place for all ages. The outdoor screen for the projector tv was great for watching college football! Had many games of pool and a little bit of fishing. The pictures and description are accurate and the owner was always available to answer questions. If you need a spacious place - this is it.

Perfect place

Everything was just perfect! 10 adults and plenty of room. The outside projector with the screen behind the pool was a great place to watch night football games! Some fishing and many games of pool. My son got engaged and it was the first time both families met. We had a lovely weekend getting to know each other. While all of us were adults, this is a great place for a group with all ages. Accurate info/photos of the house. Communication with owners was great.

I have nothing but good to say about this vacation rental. Beautiful location, plenty of room and lots to do. The owner was extremely helpful and nice. More amenities than I have ever experienced. We had a great time and will be back.
