Perfect for large family

Plenty of sleeping space with a huge bunk room. Great for paddle boarding right off the back patio and a short gold cart ride to the beach. This property could use a little tlc but was a perfect fit for our family.

Our party of six stayed here for a week just after Christmas and really enjoyed our time. The house is very well appointed—comfortable, very clean, nicely updated, and spacious, with a wonderful view. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, which made our stay especially relaxing.The kitchen was impressively stocked with dishes, cups, and silverware—more than enough for a large group—which made cooking and meals easy.There are a few bathroom quirks worth noting: one downstairs bathroom requires stepping up to enter, another downstairs bathroom has an elevated shower, and one upstairs bathroom has a frosted window that still felt a bit exposed to neighboring views. There is no bathtub in the home, but the showers were perfectly fine for our needs.If you tend to get cold, you may want to bring a throw blanket, as there were no extra blankets beyond the comforters on the beds.Overall, this was a comfortable and well-equipped home, and if we return to this area in the future, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Spring Break

The house was fantastic! Very accommodating for a large group. Thank goodness for the pool table, because the first 3 days were in the 30’s. The location is great with the most beautiful sunsets.

Perfect location. Beautiful views.

Our family loved the house. We brought kayaks and paddle board and the location on the bay was perfect for this . Short walk to beach access down the street. Beautiful views upstairs and downstairs and lots of deck space. Inside of house was fresh and new. The bedroom downstairs was really too small for a couple but the bunk room was huge! Would definitely rent again.

Family xmas vacation

This vacation was amazing! We were so very lucky to find this house. We spent a little time at the beach but overall enjoyed this so much better. There was plenty of shallow water for all our lil babes and deep water for everyone else.we so enjoyed sitting outside together and watching all the kids play. Would highly recommend for a large family! The amount of space and opportunity to get away from others or spend as much time as you like together. The house was large enough for all of us 4 generations

Super peaceful

Navarre beach is right outside the neighborhood street. It’s not busy at all, so it’s the perfect quiet vacation we were looking for. We can’t wait to come back in the Spring when our baby is a little older. Stores, restaurants and fun all in the same area without the crazy long waits. The water was super clear and warm. Make sure to get some strawberry icecream outside of Windjammers. Super yummy!
