Straight across from the river, a large clean pool to cool off in after a day out exploring natures window etc, clean bbq area with games, a gym and more! Right next door to IGA for convenience, walking distance to pelican cafe (amazing coffee to enjoy on a morning walk along the beautiful river), friendly caretakers willing to go above and beyond.. and the rest! Clean, tidy, would stay again and highly recommend! We will be back, thanks for a lovely trip!

Reviewer Comments: We always stay in unit 32, 2 adults and 3 teenagers we have been now for the last 13 years and we love the resort and all it has to offer and we have made friends with other families over the years and we all go up the same time in January for Australia Day for the 2 weeks, it is the place to stay at for families when holidaying in Kalbarri.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and facilities for kids with large pool, play ground which my kids loved and bbq facilities. Spa and sauna was closed due to maintenance. The unit itself it good, tidy but a little dated and furniture looking a little worn. Storage space was lean including the kitchen area. Parking available for 2nd car/trailer though one resident demonstrated that their bay was taken though it was not clearly marked.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I informed the property staff about front and back doors, couldn't lock properly. Especially back sliding door. Front security door has the same issue. I believe the issue must raised previous guests as well. But not fixed yet. If I refer to a friend have to high light the issue.
