You have access to all the resort’s amenities and free underground parking. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen and an open back yard that goes straight into a walk trail.

Property was as advertised. Wonderful place to retire to after strenuous hiking. Wonderful shower!!Location was ideal for our daily adventures. Would return in the future.

Wobdeful getaway

The condo was beautiful and well located. Arrival was easy and Kevin's directions were great. A nice bonus to have a washer and dryer in the condo. Only downside is the patio is near a busy road and therfore noisy. Overall a great stay!

Would stay again

We have stayed at this location countless times over the years. Kevin’s unit was clean and pretty well stocked with coffee, basic kitchen supplies and ample towels for swimming which I greatly appreciate. I think some sheer curtains in the living room would go a long way as it’s nice to get the natural light and be able to look outside but being on ground level, I didn’t want to have the curtains wide open all the time. Also some measuring cups in the kitchen would be nice. Overall our stay was good. The building itself needs a great deal of work as the carpets in the hall are so beat up, the pool needs a facelift and the parkade is so incredibly dusty (it desperately needs to be cleaned out). These things are no fault of Kevin’s, but good to know if you want to that at this facility as the facility itself is not five star. Kevin was easy to communicate with and we would stay in his unit again! It’s a good location and despite my own feelings about the pool, my kids love it and that’s why we keep coming back.

Great property, kids loved the pool!

My young family and I rented Kevin’s condo and had a great time. The pool and hot tub are great when the kids get tired of walking Main Street. The property was clean and met our needs for our quick 2 night stay. Couch could be more comfortable for lounging after the kids go to bed though!

Host was very organized and accommodating. They even provided us bear spray for our hikes so we didn’t have to travel with some.

We were in town for a wedding. Host was kind enough to let us into suite a little before check in so we had more time to get ready. Excellent communicator! Clean and nice condo stay!

Great location

Near downtown and Policeman’s Creek Boardwalk trail. Nice to park in garage. Well stocked for coffee. Lots of road construction didn’t cause problems.

Great Vacation Rental

The unit was nicely appointed, clean and with everything to make our stay comfortable. The only negative was the patio and bedroom windows faced the freeway 100 yards away and being light sleepers we couldn’t keep the windows open at night during a hot spell.

Perfect Base Camp

The unit was the perfect size for our family of 3 and gave us the ability to cook up a hearty breakfast and pack a lunch for the days adventures. At the end of the day my 8 year old loved the pool and water slide so it may all of our time in Canmore enjoyable. FYI Canmore felt more local/real while the town of Banff felt very touristy so the location was great.

Good price, pretty good location

Excellent place if you have kids and want a pool. Also, just a short walk into town. The condo itself had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. Really, the only drawback is how close the place is to the highway and a walking trail, so not a lot of privacy. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Awesome place!

This was a great place. Location to Banff is great. Kevin did a great job communicating access codes, etc.. Just pull into reserved parking spot and go right to the condo. A nice touch was that he provided bear spray for your hikes. Banff National Park was great!
