Such a great property! The home was comfortable, quiet, had lots of nice extras, and was close to everything. The host (Brian) was great. We will definitely book this home the next time we visit the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

I give the house a perfect 10. Great inside, great outdoor spaces. Amenities were spot on. I have one concern; the view from the backyard needs to be updated. There are 2 new houses that have been built and the view is not what you see in the current pictures. I would love to see them updated, it was a little disappointing

The home is so welcoming. Exactly like the pictures. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful decorated.. House was perfect upon arrival nice and cool after traveling 3 1/2 hours ..definitely recommend this beautiful home … Brian was very welcoming and communicated via text received all check in and check out information in a timely matter upon our arrival and departure as well as a welcome text .. if u decide to book this home u will not be disappointed..

Best house so far that we have stayed in Laughlin! We been coming to Laughlin for 11 years for vacation and this place has all the amenities we needed. The HOST went above and behind before and after our stay. He made sure the house was nice and cool before we got there. I am extremely thankful on how well he communicated and quickly responded to any questions we had. The house is well maintained and spacious for group we had. Love that it had coffee, tea, soap, extra blankets, pillows, and easy to get in. Back yard was huge and great to hang out. Glad we could fit our boat and jet ski. I will definitely be staying here again for next year vacation!

This is an absolutely beautiful home!! Spacious and comfortable with all the amenities one might need. The home is ideally located with easy access to restaurants and the riverfront. We had an amazing time during our stay. And were so happy we chose this home!

Nice relaxing property

Rental home was extremely comfortable. Close to town, casinos even Oatmen (donkey town). Loved seeing the bunnies and quails in the back yard. A very relaxing home!

Loved the back yard!

Stayed here for a week in March with 2 friends. It was the perfect place. Plenty of room and well stocked with any needed items. The host was always available if we needed anything. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The back yard was amazing!

House was great! Would rent again!

I’ve stayed in a few vacation rentals and I can honestly say this one was 5 stars. Location was perfect, close to casinos, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable which is huge for us over 60 folks. Outside seating was great, our friends from Mn loved we could grill in March. Plenty of room for the six of us to play cards or watch TV together comfortably, and eat together.

Great home with lots to offer!

The décor was beautiful and the house was clean. The backyard was awesome with an RC track, fire pit, large table, and corn hole. There were many board games for the kids to play inside. There were bedding for the extra beds. The fridge was stocked with condiments and there was coffee waiting for the morning. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great Family Getaway

Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast, or a card shark you'll love staying here. This home is well equipped with a large backyard including an RC track fire pit, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The location is ideal where you can drive 15 minutes to Lake Mojave, 10 minutes to Laughlin or Old Kingman Highway Recreation area (hiking, target shooting), or just 5 minutes to access off-road riding. If you forget something, there's a Dollar General right around the corner. Brian is a an attentive host. The next time we're in the area, we will definitely stay again.

Love it!

Had such a great time. We stayed here for 4 days. While not hanging out on the lake, which was only 8 mins away, we spent time enjoying the house with family and friends. So clean and decorated nicely throughout. We BBQ and spent time under the massive covered back porch. We played cornhole (I didn’t win) and games on the 10 person outdoor table. We wanted to use the large firepit but ran out of time (save that for our next visit). The master bed was so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We plan to return again to enjoy sometime relaxing and checking out the casinos, golfing and spending quality time with family and friends.

1st family trip

Worth every second of our 5 hour drive. The home was beyond what we had expected. Very homely & clean. Had everything we could possibly need from kitchen utensils to towels and bedding. Oh, also games!! House was at the perfect temperature for our arrival, which was much appreciated given the 115+ temperature. Once back from the lake, we bbq'd, played games, laughed till we cried, & made the 1st of many more family vacation memories. The owners were available at the the drop of a dime since I had operator error getting through the front door...haha. 10/10 overall. Definitely will be booking again in the future. Thank you!!!!!!

Rancho Relaxo

This Mohave hideaway is abundant in every way. My wife and I spent 3 nights gazing at stars, laughing with friends and thoroughly enjoying this Peace of desert. They provided everything we needed for a super comfy stay. The kitchen is modern and easy to navigate. The living room, dining room, and breakfast nook were all great but to be honest, we spent most of our time outside. The patio is enormous and their table seats about 20? The gravel grounds had a temporary rc racetrack at the time. "Roadrunner Raceway" kept the kids entertained everyday. They even have a pair of Cornhole boards with a scoreboard and beer holders on site. Our 2 favorite things had to be the giant shaded patio and the fire pit. The next time we go, we want to spend more time exploring the nearby river and surrounding areas. This is a great jumping off point for casinos, desert adventures and RT 66 trips as well. It was nice having a convenient store just within walking distance for last minute items. Who Am I kidding, we drove.
