Relax with the whole family, or golfing buddies, at this peaceful place to stay on Victoria's premiere golf course (Vic Open). Walk to the beach or read a book on the sunny north eastern balcony, whilst your family splash around in the outdoor pool. Restaurant on site or metres to the 13th Beach Golf Club. The Barwon Heads township is only a few minutes away by car for shopping, cafes and restaurants. Secure, gated community.

Great little quiet spot!

Great location ... very relaxing

The apartment was perfect for our stay. We had two grandchildren with us. We all loved cycling to and from 13th Beach. Every evening we had a twilight ride around the resort, and practice of our golf in the nets.A short walk to the Clubrooms was great for a drink, coffee and the kids to play on the grass.Lovely spot - would definately go there again!

Great place to stay but a few minor things spoiled it for a 5 star.

Overall the location is great for golf, 13th Beach and proximity to Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove and Torquay. Apartment was generally clean and had open views as it was a corner block. I minused a star as they did not supply any towels upon arrival and had to message the host which did not reply for a few hours after. By then it was late and we used something else. Also it was not supplied with basic (English breakfast) black tea. Finally, the place had spiderwebs all over the outside balcony, doors and outdoor furniture. Not too enticing to sit outside and make use of the nice balcony. The inside had a lot of bugs, with a cockroach found in one of the kids bed.
