Happy Hours is perfect for everyone. Located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear walking distance to the lake and the Village. Modern aesthetics meet mountain charm in this beautifully decorated two-story cabin! Close to Meadow Park with tennis courts, basketball court and lakeside playground.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fan, dining table, beautiful wood burning stove fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs first bedroom has a king bed and deck access. Upstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Updated kitchen with countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Loft with foosball table, books, board games, and card games. Smart TV with cable, Apple TV, and WiFi. Laundry area with side-to-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the illuminated back deck with patio furniture, gas barbecue, and gas fire pit. Large, fenced yard with hammock.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

This property is way over priced - not worth the cost!We rate this property 2 stars for numerous reasons:First, the rental process with cool cabins was difficult and time consuming.More importantly, the property is old and tired. It needs new carpet, only has one shower.The plumbing is loud in the master bedroom and kept us awake.The toaster is rusty. The house isn’t clean, it’s dusty and dirty, a thin choice of linens is provided.The rules required us to pack out our trash and put the dishes away.The location is good and the neighborhood is nice, but for the money - not worth it.

Good Experience

We had a great time staying at Happy Hours overall. The property was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay enjoyable. However, we did notice that the bathroom could have been cleaner upon arrival. Additionally, there was only one shower available, which wasn’t sufficient for our group. This was a bit disappointing as the listing gave the impression there were two full bathrooms. Clarifying this in the description would be helpful for future guests. Despite these points, we enjoyed our time and appreciated the hospitality.

Summer stay

The house is nice, decorated great. I don't recommend staying in the hotter days. Terribly hot & even if there's a breeze very few windows open or give any relief, the house temp was a 78' & couldn't cool it down. The four of us got no sleep, because of this. We almost left but were too tired to drive & other places were booked. We purchased fans at CVS & 2 slept downstairs & the other 2 shared the couch downstairs. I'm sure it's a great place when it's cold but don't go in the summer. And the pillows are way to hard!

Generally ok, we enjoyed the break. Kitchen needs new crockery, glasses etc for the amount of people. 6 people is absolutely max. It's a little dated and could do with some updates. Some small touches for Christmas would have been nice.
