Saltwater Grande utilizes an identity and fraud protection program to verify guest identity. Please note that upon booking your reservation, you will receive a text message to complete the verification process. Once your identity has been verified, you will receive an email with further instructions to complete the booking process.

Conveniently located just across the street from the beach, this expansive 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Malibu Pointe offers an ideal retreat for relaxation and a break from home. The charming condo includes a king-size master bedroom and a generously spacious bathroom with a tub and shower combination. For added sleeping space, a sleep sofa in the living room is available if needed. Delight in morning coffee and evening wine on the balcony with a glimpse of the ocean. Malibu Pointe's amenities include a fitness room, indoor pool, outdoor pool, lazy river, kiddie pool, WIFI, and a parking garage.

Have peace of mind knowing every rental includes Accidental Damage Protection by RentalGuardian, covering you for up to $3000 in accidental damages that may occur during your stay. Enjoy upgraded bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and kitchen hand towels! Departure cleaning is provided, as well as an Essentials Starter Pack, including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom, and a packet of dishwashing detergent.

This property is in a quiet residential community. Disturbances that interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other guests or owners at the property will not be tolerated. Large gatherings and parties are not permitted. Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts and mopeds are not permitted.

We come to Myrtle Beach every year for our anniversary and try different areas to stay so we decide to try Saltwater Grande's listings and we definitely enjoyed our stay. They had everything we needed in the room and were very clean! We will definitely stay again if we stay on the North side of Myrtle Beach.

Great long weekend! Place was super clean and so appreciated the beach chairs and towels since we flew in. We got there later in the day, so had some trouble getting in and no one answered at the 24 hour hotline. Other than that, it was a nice place.

Great location but ...

The shower and view we're great. The condo smelled musty and like a smoker. Parking w as limited due to fire pipe replacement. One elevator was out of order. Furniture was not comfortable.

Our family was very impressed with this beach condo. The photos accurately described it and the decor was beautiful. It was extremely convenient since it's on the same level as the pool. The whole experience was very organized and the host was very responsive before and during our stay. The condo was very clean and the size was perfect for our family. The kids really enjoyed the bunk bed room. We loved that the beach wasn't very crowded since this is a smaller building that doesn't hold a lot of guests. We would absolutely stay here again! I would definitely recommend this location to family and friends.

Very Satisfied

The only, small, issue I had was getting the #for the key pad to get in. What was amazing about them was how responsive they were to request and information. At one point the tv stop working. Within several hours they had replaced the tv. WOW!! I have already scheduled my visit for next year.

Really nice, I'd stay here again and again. The place was clean, host communicated well. Kitchen has everything to make an actual meal. Unit has a W&D so went home with clean clothes. Only thing that could hv been communicated better is where to dispose the trash (there is a trash chute in the bldg, there is a small sign in the elevator that we didn't see, should hv put a note on the refrigerator.) Also, unit access is with a code so there was no front door key to the actual building, gotta access from the parking garage. Otherwise, it's exactly as described and I would recommend it. Great vacation.
