-strictly NO any gathering or party allowed during your stay.

Laundry-
-The washing machine and heat pump dryer is free for use, please read Manual (in TV unit drawer) before use.
-please EMPTY water of the dryer drawer after every use

-Rubbish -please put all rubbish away in general/recycle bin before check out. Please follow bin rules, no general rubbish in recycle one, fines might apply.

- All dishes need washed and put them away before you leave

-BBQ- please clean the BBQ rack after every use. Extra cleaning fee might apply.

BEDS
While we like to keep the whole house open to all booking sizes, we kindly ask that you limit the amount of beds slept in to the amount of guest in the booking. Towels will be prepared as the amount of guest as well.

NOISE
The house is a quiet and tranquil area. Please be respectful of our neighbours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Quiet time is between 10:00pm to 7:00am.

FIREWOOD
A small drum of both firewood and kindling will be provided to get you started, but subsequent firewood will need.

Strictly NO any gathering or party allowed during your stay. NO Schoolies. Police might involve if reported noise by neighbours.
