Beautiful location and so quiet. Quick walk across the road to the pub for meals that were so big and delicious. Lots of places to see short drives away. Would stay there again

This is a central location to stay if you are seeking to explore the nearby national parks including Mt Barney NP. Spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Rathdowney stay

We stayed at this lovely 2 bedroom cottage at Rathdowney for 2 nights. The facilities were 10/10. Interior very modern and very well presented. Very well positioned close to the Hotel and a convenience store. I would highly recommend this property, and will certainly book it again in the future.

Very comfortable

Very accommodating owner I arrived way early by my mistake but he didn’t blink an eye and let me go to the property anyway, thanks so much I appreciated it greatly asx I was really tired from the long drive. Great base camp for those wanting to climb Mount Barney. Very cosy bed!
