Welcome to Mahi Mahi, your vacation retreat! Located on the North End of Anna Maria, the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are 1.5 blocks away.from your front door. You've never been closer to paradise!

The master king suite on the third floor boasts a master bath with oversized shower and a private verandah overlooking the main drive. The kids will love the double bunk bedroom with ensuite bath and walk-in shower, also on the top level. The main living level features the two additional king bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and a verandah overlooking the pool. The other king bedroom has convenient access to the full hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a TV and includes crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the comfortable main living space with sliding doors to the verandah overlooking the sparkling pool. Dine al fresco and enjoy dinner fresh from the grill, located steps from the kitchen.

When it's time to for fun and relaxation, the pool level is where it's at! The gorgeous pool invites you to float the day away and a soak in the spa is the perfect ending to a day at the beach. Enjoy family time around the fire pit, on the putting green or over a friendly game of pool.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Mahi Mahi is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants on Pine Ave and close to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

Amazing house!

Perfect house for celebrating 4th of July with friends and family! The beach was really close and the house provided beach chairs and wagons to make life easy. We were also within walking distance to several restaurants.

What a great place. This home provided everything our family needed for a great visit to Anna Marie Inland. Block and a half from the ocean. Easy walk. Walking distance to a few restaurants. The pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, and putting green were added activities for everyone. We all were very comfortable in this home. We would stay here again.

Mahi Mahi. Favorite seafood. Now favorite destination.

Excellent property condition. Looked newly constructed. This was a great location. Walk to Jinny and Gene E's for coffee or breakfast. A block and a half walk to the beach. Excellent pool and hot tub. Couldn't ask for better.

Anna Maria Perfection!

This was our first time visiting the island and this house was the perfect space for our two families to enjoy everything close. We walked to almost all the fave things, the beach, a perfect breakfast each morning at different cafes. The house had everything for three kiddos and four adults to enjoy the time we were at home. We needed a last minute beach item and the management company was quick to help. Everything was great!

Perfect family house by Pine Ave & the beach

I decided to visit Anna Maria Island with my 3 kids (5,3 & 2) with my husband, my parents & sister. This was the perfect sized house for that many people. The location of this house can’t be beat, essentially a block away from both the beach and Pine ave. I was concerned about the weather in February not being super warm and have had issues with different rental properties in the past where the pool doesn’t warm up quick enough for the kids to want to swim. This was absolutely not the case with this house. The separate hot tub heated up in minutes and the pool was very warm throughout the entire stay, even first thing in the morning. The kids loved the putting green and the adults loved cornhole and ping pong. The house was clean and well stacked with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.Would highly recommend breakfast at Ginny & JaneEs, drinks on the beach for sunset at the Sandbar and fresh stone crab from Captain Anthony’s.

Lydiatt family vacation

Besides the weather being not so perfect, everything else was. The location was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach and to many store locations. THe layout of the house allowed us to comfortably all stay in the same house. We loved the ping pong room and the pool table room and the corn hole game as these helped make rainy days so much fun. The pool with the hot tub was super and EVERYONE enjoyed spending time in it and around it. The entire experience and staying at Mahi Mahi made our vacation perfect. Thank you. We hope to do a repeat next year.

Stunning home in an amazing location

Our family loved this home! It’s beautifully decorated with high end furnishings and well stocked! The pool and hot tub are awesome. The kids loved the putting green, ping pong/pool/chess table. The location is great - it is an easy walk to the beach and Pine Ave restaurants and shops. The patio and grill are awesome. The bedrooms and lay out of the home were perfect for our family. Beds are very comfortable. Only suggestions: bring cards/board games if your family likes to play them (none provided). Consider adding a refrigerator on the lower level for easier access to drinks and snacks (and an outdoor TV). We will absolutely visit again! Thank you!

Great house! Great location!

Before booking, we spent a lot of time online viewing houses to find the best one available and Mahi Mahi was a huge WIN! The location is excellent-- easy walk to the beach, to restaurants and shops. We appreciated how clean the house was on our arrival. With the game room and pool, firepit and putting green, there was plenty of fun for everyone in our extended family. We had problems with the dishwasher during our stay but the management company kept us informed and worked quickly to take care of the issue. The house was well stocked with dishes and silverware, pots, pans, and other kitchen items to meet our needs as we ate many meals at the house. Only thing missing (for us) was food storage containers for leftovers or taking lunch to the beach. (personal preference not to use plastic bags to keep them out of the landfill/ocean) We would definitely recommend this house to others!

Disappointed

We rented this property for our family of 5 because of the backyard with pool, hot tub, putting green, fire pit, etc. All 3 of my kids said the first thing they were going to do was jump in the pool. First disappointment was we get there & pool was cold. I called management company & someone came within the hour so I thought that was a good sign. He could not fix it but was going to get a hold of the pool company. What happened the next 4 days was a back and forth between myself & whoever was working at AMI at the time I would call. I was told each day the pool company was coming “this afternoon or next morning.” Then every time we came back to the house after being gone my kids would run to the pool to check and continually be disappointed. It was awful. We are from Iowa and they would have been in the pool morning, afternoon & night. Instead of the property company keeping me informed & adjusting as needed I had to chase them for answers. Finally I was told on day 4 of our 5 day vacation it was unfixable. I then had to ask for compensation & then negotiate that. I felt like I was at work while we were there. They liked the phrase “out of owner’s control.” Yes, but how it was handled & I was jerked around with was not. We have been using VRBO’s for over a decade & this is my first bad review so renters beware. Besides that I specifically emailed 3 questions: Are there beach and/or pool toys, a youth life jacket & a hair dryer. I was initially told no to all 3. Then I was told no to the first 2 but yes to hair dryer. On our way to the property we stopped to buy beach toys, pool toys & I packed a life jacket. When we arrived guess what was in the garage?? Yep, beach toys , pool floats & a youth life jacket. Some good: Beds are comfortable. My kids liked the pool table. Grill worked great & we loved the ice machine inside & outside. Kitchen stocked well enough. FYI: Hotel hand soap, enough dishwasher detergent for 2 loads & 1 Tide pod. No extra trash bags. There are 4 patios but only 1 has furniture. It’s hard not to sound like sour grapes but it looked so good in the pictures & my kids were hyped. Thank goodness we had great weather for the beach.
