Private bedroom in 7,500 sqrt beautiful house next to Lawrence West Subway Station, Yorkdale Shopping Mall and Lawrence Square Mall. We are renting for professional working people, students and travelers. The house is clean, spacious and in good neighbour.

Room is furnished with Queen size bed. Hydro, Water, Heat, AC, TV, Wifi Internet are included.

No pet. No parties. No smoking. No Alcohol.

Our house is very convenient, just between 2 to 5 minutes walking distance to everything you need: Lawrence West Subway Station, Lawrence Square Mall, Fortinos Supermarket, Cineplex, bus stops, Yorkdale Mall, Yorkdale Subway Station, next to CIBC Bank head office, all other Banks, Bathurst Plaza, Parks & Schools, minutes to Downtown Core, Highway 401 and Allen Expressway.

We are a family home living here with our children. Therefore, we do not allow and tolerate any illegal activities, drugs, weapon, parties, smoking, loud noises. This is a peaceful, professional, safe, and quiet neighborhood.

No outside guests are allowed.

Always lock the front door when you enter or leave the house.

As a responsible and caring host, I want to give my guests the best staying experience just as they are at home.

It was my first time using Vrbo and will never do it again, and what a mistake! It was the worst choice I've ever made. Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos: the house is indeed large, but it's FILTHY, SICK, and smells awful. The owners advertise rooms with private bathrooms, but after payment, they remove the listing, give you a room with a shared bathroom, and then claim they never offered a room with a private bathroom.They said check-in was at 3 p.m., but when I arrived, the room wasn't ready until 7 p.m.I asked for a refund and left, i did not stay even 1 night there.If you care about cleanliness, avoid this place!I put 1 star because there is no -0 star.
