Great place to stay. Each room was roomy and had adequate storage. The kitchen was well stock with dishes, flatware, pots, pans and small appliances. Nice outside area wirh deck, grill, seating including table and chairs for outside eating. Will definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Lots of things to do inside the resort as well as very close to restaurants, stores, shopping and the beach!

The townhouse was great!!! The beach was too crowded and as we arrived found out the golf course and hole that we were on was going through aerator process and was closed!

First time using VRBO and was not disappointed

We didn’t know what to expect as we always stay in hotels. But I brought my mother and brother so we all wanted to stay together. Location was very nice very clean nicely furnished. Wife was extremely happy so that’s always a plus. Will come back again

Quality stay

Everything in the place was as described. Easy access to beach (directly across from main gate entrance) and nearby to stores and restaurants. Has a good amount of kitchenware, towels and necessary clening items. Also has decent beach items for use.This property backs up to the golf corse, so you will see folks playing from the open deck. You get a slightly obstructed view of the ocean. The screen door is a bit sticky so you have to be careful when opening and closing it. We had a nice quiet stay here and would consider staying again.

Beautiful property but...

Pros: The actual property was beautiful! Plenty of parking (2 spots). Updated, comfortable furniture. Beautiful view! Loved the deck! Updated interior. Loved the quiet, secluded area. Just about at the end of the Blue Tram line, so nice and quiet. Had a minor issue with no cushions for the dining chairs (metal chairs that couldn't be used without cushions) and the property manager was very responsive and sent extra blankets for us to use. I believe they even ordered new cushions, but just didn't arrive in time for us, but the blankets worked just fine. Cons: Unfortunately, I used the reviews from previous renters to help me guide my choice to stay here and that led me to believe that there was access to the pool that you could see across the green. The pool for this property IS NOT within walking distance and the tram DOES NOT stop at the community pool that is assigned to this property and it takes TWO trams to get back to the condo. This was a BIG negative for us because it took so much work to actually get to the pool. The kitchen was missing a few essential items such as a colander and a baking sheet, but after contacting the property manager about the missing dining cushions, I didn't want to go through that again. Overall, it is a wonderful property.

Property worked well except for parking

Enjoyed the property. Had to share parking and there was not room for four cars unless 2 wheels off the pavement.. When we arrived, had to call about 1) TV in living room did not have connection to channels (only snow on the screen), 2) refrigerator door did not close normally, 3) patio screen door required effort to open (did not slide easily), 4) concerned about damage to kitchen sink.. Maintenance personnel arrived in reasonable time and fixed refrigerator and TV COX box. They told us damage had been there many years. We just adapted to the patio screen door. taking 2 hands. Outside light provides very little light on combination lock on door. Seems strange that it is so far away. Hard to read house number from the street. Sometimes there was a golf cart in the drive, but not always, so drove past the house a few times because I couldn't read the house number. Surprised that condiments such as salt and pepper not provided. Rubbish policy not obvious. Found out about just placing garbage bag on the lawn from a neighbor. Long way to Rt 98.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental in the fairways to be near my parent’s place. We could not beat the location as far as that proximity goes. The deck was a great place to lounge and watch the golfers on the green. The unit was clean for the most part. One of the twin bed comforters looks like it could use some extra attention during laundering (it looked like it may have been vomited on at some point). We unfortunately did not notice this until after we slept in the bed the first night. The kitchen was very nice and included a full sized washer and dryer which we definitely took advantage of while there. The beach equipment was nice to have available although we only took advantage of the umbrella. The light situation in the master was a bit odd since it seemed like the overhead lamp was stuck in the “on” position and the bedside lamps could not be used independently. Overall, a great place for our small family to stay. The fairways is a great area and was quiet and peaceful while we stayed. The SOA pools were clean and refreshing.

Review

There is a lizard who we saw everyday on the stairs. He evidently has made a home behind the baseboard in that area. Also had several dead bugs laying around. Most of all the dryer needs to be updated. Everything we tried to dry took two or three cycles to get the job done. Otherwise we had no complaints.

Our Stay

My wife and not kiddos had a blast! This is our second time staying here. We stayed with our in laws several years ago and loved it then too! Very spacious, clean and wonderful views! Will book again next year! All of the bedrooms are big! Only suggestion would be is if a golf cart was added to the unit to drive to beach and around the area. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to be back next year! Highly recommend!

So comfy and inviting. We will definitely be back!

Everything was tip top with the exception of the upstairs bedrooms. It stayed hot even with the fans and ac turned way down which didn’t allow for much good sleep.
