Excellent accommodation in great location.

Accommodation was very comfortable. Came over for a festival and football, and driving to and from the accommodation was very easy. Very very friendly hosts, helpful and fast to respond to queries. Would book and stay here again.

This property needs a good airing and clean, it is run down and in need of repair. There were no utensils in the kitchen, hard to prepare food without these. It;s location is quiet, no issue there but the property needs some tlc.

An old house charm

Decor from the eighties, house with character. Both bedrooms air-conditioned, day room and kitchen have only portable water cooled one, but it was ok for us day temp mid twenties...4 mins to railway station (by car) and 43 mins ride to Franklin St Station.Recommended for families

The internal fittings looked tired but the owners were on site and extremely helpful and friendly. There was no dining table only a bench and the cupboards had seen better days. Lighter coloured walls would have made the entertainment area brighter.

steep front step. lighting dull. wifi poor. christmas tree still up four mnths later. no instruction on how to use anything in the house . no milk other that litre of lactose free ewww. house needs good reno. very dissapointing.

Owner is a nice person. Dining room chairs are not stable, oven filthy, cupboards filthy, a few tiles are very loose near bedrooms. Shower in laundry was mouldy & unclean. Needs to be cleaned thoroughly. The cleaners should do a better job. Looking for the fitness centre only a bicycle available. Location was good though. Overall we had a good time anyway.

Overall good, mixed feelings

The property was easy to find, the location was quiet and felt overall good.I was concerned when I realised that the accommodation may have others straying. The house had been converted into 2 units.Within the first few hours this was confirmed because I saw a man in the back yard, through the window while I was changing my daughter. My children and I were the first to arrive out of our group. I felt uncomfortable because I wasn't sure if this person could access our unit via the back of the property.We did not access the back yard due to this.
