We loved the balcony right on the beach. It was very relaxing watching the dolphins and the waves. We had awesome weather. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved the washer/dryer on site. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

This condo was perfect for a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. It may be small but by no means lacking in any detail. Upon arrival the place was very clean and had everything needed for a week at the beach. You can not beat the view from the balcony overlooking the ocean. The host was also very accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for an enjoyable week at the beach.

Place was good. Could use some updates mostly in the bathrooms. The shower door was off track and some left left earplugs.

Check in was very easy. the kitchen was clean however, we did not use it as we never cook when on vacation. We found the rooms to be a bit small.I thought that there was not an iron but we eventually found one in the basket. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. We also loved how close we were to restaurants and other activities. Would stay again...

The condo is just as listed. The view is beautiful! Yes the condo is small but it is perfect for 3 adults. Steps to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and quick.

We loved our stay here! The condo was perfect for a little get away for our family of 4. Easy access to the beach, quiet building, and a bonus for us was having a washer and dryer right in our unit. We also greatly appreciated that the unit came with a beach umbrella and chairs. We had one very minor issue during our stay and it was addressed and fixed very quickly, which is always appreciated!

Excellent ocean front view

The property was just as described with a very good view of the ocean. The parking garage located underneath the rooms was also great since it rained one of the days that we were there.

Great view, good price

This 7th floor condo is an end unit on the top floor with a great ocean view on a wrap around balcony.Location was great and across street from a food mart and ice cream shop!Smaller space but 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms. All kitchen necessities, a washer/dryer and TVs in every room.Communication with the owner was great.Enjoy!

Location and beach front was perfect for our special time away from Ohio. Was so happy to be there on Easter, was awakened by music about 6am Sunday. Right in front of our balcony a Sunrise Service was happening! The condo was perfect. Actually seemed designed with us in mind!

As the sun was rising, the group attending the service were gathering.
This is a Live Oak at Brookgreen Gardens, Murrells Inlet. Mikes birthday present was to visit Brookgreen and see the Azaleas. We were a few days late this year, but was still a great visit.
A Spoonbill! One of the newest additions to Brookgreens Nature Preserve.

Windy November… still a blast

Floors need to be cleaner. Feet black if you walked barefoot… all else was clean. Furnishings were very cheap, but perhaps understandable for a rental property? Only one dish cloth and one dish rag.

Great place!

Clean, well-appointed condo as pictured/described. Loved the location - pub next door, ice cream shop around the corner, parasailing (we had a blast) offered right in front of building on the beach. The kids (16 & 11) loved the indoor pool and the outdoor hot tub. The next time we’re planning to come to Myrtle beach (this was our 3rd time) we’ll try to book this property again!

GREAT LOCATION!
