5 min walk into the heart of town with fabulous restaurants, pubs and 2 large supermarkets.
Immaculate home, with open lounge, dining & kitchen at one end with opening french doors onto an outside deck, outdoor dining table & seating areas.
2nd lounge/TV room with 3 & 2 seater leather couches.
Sleeps 9 people.
2 King bedrooms can be split into 2 long-single beds (suitable for adults).
2 Queen beds cannot be split.
Single room has a long- single bed (suitable for adults).
Undercover side outside deck has a second outdoor dining table and lounge area to relax outdoors protected from the elements.
Ample safe off street parking.
Two night minimum stay with us is offered but please contact Mia of you'd like a price for less bedrooms but full use of the house.
Enjoy your visit to the beautiful attractions of the Macedon Ranges area & explore Trentham & Daylesford districts just a short drive away too.

Pre-Christmas family gathering

Amazing property with heaps of outdoor activities to keep the kids entertained for hours. Great location only a short walk into town. Hosts were exceptional - gifts on arrival including champagne, chocolates, bread with butter and jams plus a handwritten welcome note! Couldn’t recommend staying at Noonan House highly enough

Friends catch up

Beautiful property superbly equipped for weekend catch up with long time friends. The house is in a great location and Woodend has lots to offer. Clear communication and expectation from host. Would definitely return! We were impressed with the welcome pack thank you.

Luxury in Woodend

Noonan House was an absolutely amazing experience. We took the whole family for the Easter long weekend and we're greated by some very cute Easter Decorations, fresh bread and Noonan Eggs! The house was warming and in an emaculate condition. The level of care and detail by the hosts was superior, even down to the hand soap and creams. We will be sure to visit again.

Noonan House, just perfect

The ambience was perfect for a relaxing, peaceful stay. Every thing was spot on. Beautifully furnished, with lamps on and fresh flowers to welcome us. Plenty of room, two lounge rooms separate from each other, great for many age groups at the one time. Outdoor games in fenced off yard for the kids. Fresh bread, butter and jams, as well as eggs. Comfy beds and special linen. Wide verandah with plenty of room at the table to enjoy relaxing outside. Great ambience and comfort for us all.

Perfect getaway at gorgeous home and property

My family and friends absolutely loved staying at Mia’s property. Our group of nine were the first guests to stay at the newly listed home and were warmly greeted by Mia when we arrived. She showed us the house and shared some local knowledge including the route to walk to catch the shuttle buses to the Hanging Rock concert we were attending. The house is in a great location, within a short walk to the town (and the pick up and drop off point for the Hanging Rock shuttle bus). The house is divine - extremely well appointed, super comfy beds, lovely linen and towels, good central heating and split system for cooling, well equiped kitchen for cooking up a feast - numerous indoor and outdoor living/entertainment areas so the kids had their own spaces indoor and out as well as a lovely big garden for kicking a ball. Especially loved Mia’s little gifts including her Noonan House sparkling wine and home grown eggs! We’ll definitely be back!
