The Space:
A home sweet home as you moment you step inside this apartment.
The modern open-kitchen, in case you fancy cooking more than eating out, the kitchen has got you covered with all the fully-equipped with stove, hood, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, washer, sink, cookware, dishes and silverware are provided for your comfortable stay. The glass-top round dining table is readily set up for feasting and modestly that can sit three comfortably.
An equally stunning view of the Marina makes the studio space extra special! A queen-sized bed fitted with high-end quality linens and pillows to ensure a good night sleep. Soft carpets, bed side lamps, dresser with mirror, arm chair and built-in wardrobes. Have late night movie marathon with your partner from the wall mounted huge flat screen TV while resting in your very own king-sized bed.
The balcony has breath-taking Marina views and Dubai Eye that what makes everything in this apartment incredible - just absolutely fantastic in the morning even in the evening!
En suite bathroom is packed of essentials such as fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion, are available for use.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
Many things are accessible by foot as well (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc).
The fastest and easiest way from DXB and DWC airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

***Please be informed that the External Window Cleaning will commence from 14 February till 28 February 2023. We kindly request you to ensure all your Windows and balcony doors are closed during this period to protect privacy and any items kept outside in the balcony are removed.
