Gorgeous Lakefront 4-bedroom/4-bathroom home

Newly built four bedroom house is located close to Queenstown and positioned just above Lake Wakatipu, you can simply walk down to the lake and access the Frankton Walking Track that will take you to the heart of Queenstown's town centre.

A double garage is available for parking and inside the house you will find four spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's very own ensuite - master bedroom includes a bath tub.

1st bedroom has 1x Queen bed
2nd bedroom has 1x Queen bed
3rd bedroom has 1x Queen bed
4th bedroom has 1x Super King bed that can be split into two single beds on request before arrival

All bedrooms have gorgeous views of the mountains.

All the modern appliances you could expect are within the fully equipped kitchen.

The deck is accessed from the lounge and can be used to enjoy the long summer evenings, or you can sit in the ambiance of the fire which heats the lounge and enjoy the surroundings.

A large Smart Tv with Netflix provided and free wireless internet.

A full laundry including a washing machine and dryer completes this space.

The house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests

The house is gorgeous with an even better view! Conveniently located by a bus stop so you can easily and quickly get downtown or to the airport. The check in process was super easy and Nicola was very responsive and helpful when we had a slight issue with the wifi. She fixed it immediately. Definitely recommend for a family or big group staying in Queenstown!

AMAZING

We were blown away by this house! The views and location were simply incredible and we couldn’t believe it was real life. I appreciated that we each had our own room with full bath! It felt like a nice upscale hotel in a house. The host was very communicative and we appreciated the directions since it was a bit tricky to find at first. Would absolutely stay here again.

Fabulous stay…

We are travelling in a group of four couples and this lovely apartment was perfect for us! With an ensuite each and four spacious queen rooms we all enjoyed the lower floor's views but the best aspect was from the kitchen/living area upstairs. The place was spotless and a real credit to the management and house keeping staff. Nicola was wonderful to deal with. We had a fabulous stay thank you.

Book it quick

For a group of 8 adults the 4 bedrooms all with own ensuites was sensational. The separate upstairs living area with magnificent views of the lake and snow capped mountains with fireplace is a credit to whoever designed it.

Great weekend retreat

Lovely clean spacious house with separate bathrooms for each bedroom. Nice area for socialising with fantastic views of the lake. Excellent heating - warms up quickly. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Parking is in garage with room for 2 vehicles. Nice and quiet despite being near busy main road.

Beautiful view

Property was perfect for 2 families of four with large living area and ensuites in each bedroom. Close to town on main road. Clean and modern. Would recommend.
