You've discovered a hidden gem of a home to stay at in Boise Idaho. Located conveniently off of Whitewater Park BLVD, you are in walking distance of Bernardine Quinn Riverside Park (Known by locals as Quinns Pond), Esther Simplot park and pond, The Boise River, and the Green belt which is great for walking or biking to and from multiple parks and restaurants.

Upon hassle free entry with a door code, you'll be transported into a relaxing feeling of being home. Just beyond the entryway room you'll step into the main living spaces that include a living room with cozy furnishings, and a smart TV. The kitchen is lightly stocked with pots and pans, cooking and dining utensils, a teapot, serving dishes, mixing bowls, Tupperware, new fridge/freezer, stove/oven and microwave appliances, a Keurig machine, plates, cups, mugs & bowls.

The layout of bedrooms includes:

1 bedroom with one queen over queen sized bunk bed

1 master bedroom with a king sized bed

The home has it's own laundry room

House Rules and Important Notices:

No garage access.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
