Island Tower 2103 is a professionally decorated three-bedroom, three-bath condo with amazing gulf-front views from the west corner of the 21st floor! Located just 0.4 miles west of Hwy. 59 in the heart of Gulf Shores.



Unit amenities:



• Gulf-front balcony access from the living room and primary bedroom



• Tile flooring throughout the unit



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. Dining table seats six and there are four barstools for additional seating.



• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit



• Living area has a sofa sleeper



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom has full-over-full bunk beds (Children under 6 years old should not be permitted on the top bunk.)



• Keyless entry for no-wait check-in/check-out



• Maximum of two cars allowed



• No boats, jet skis, trailers, or recreational vehicles allowed on the property



Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited at the pools, fitness center, BBQ area, lobby, elevators, stairwells, and common area walkways. Cigarette cans are provided for proper disposal only.

The place was beautiful and cozy. The beds slept so comfortable. It felt great waking up to the beautiful scenery of the beach. The floors could’ve been mopped better but the overall cleanliness of the place was wonderful. Each room has their own balcony and it was so peaceful. It was a much needed view and vacation during my grieving process. Only thing that was confusing was redeeming our free ticket to events. Still, nice experience. Will book again.

This was our most favorite stay yet! The views here are absolutely amazing. Beautiful sunsets! The condo was clean and lovely, balconies for every room, comfortable beds, elevators seemed readily available almost every time. We had an issue with one of the blinds and it was resolved promptly. We really enjoyed our family time spent at Island Towers 2103. Close proximity to many restaurants and local attractions. Easy booking, quick responses and being beachfront topped the list. Very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend.

I don’t know about anyone else but I was very impressed with the condo layout.It was also the shortest walk to the beach that I can remember. Nice eating places within walking distance.

The view from this condo is incredible, and the location is hard to beat. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and ice cream. We also loved the layout with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, which worked great for our family. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, and the management company was responsive whenever we had questions.A couple of drawbacks are worth noting. First, parking enforcement was extremely strict. My in-laws' vehicle had a valid parking pass hanging from the rearview mirror, but because the pass was partially flipped (see image), a boot was placed on the vehicle. They were charged 250 to have it removed and had to wait until the following day because the towing company had already closed. While this may be a property policy issue rather than the owner's fault, it's something guests should be aware of and double-check before leaving their vehicle. Second, the elevators were a frequent frustration during our stay. They seemed to go out of service easily, and when one was down, wait times could exceed 20 minutes during busy periods. Getting to and from the beach in a very crowded elevator is very time-consuming and uncomfortable, especially at peak times. This is our 3rd time staying in this building and this has been an issue each time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the condo itself, but future guests should be aware of the parking and elevator issues.

The property is exactly what is listed. Beautiful views, decor, cleaniness, the place is spacious and nice. The beds are the best I have ever had in a rental. Kitchen items, towels are plenty. Great place to stay we enjoyed it. The property mgmt team is great and responsive.

Condo was exactly as expected and beautiful! Parking was a challenge for a larger vehicle and the elevators were slow and had unpleasant odors - but we forgot about it when we enjoyed the view from the condo. We’d go back again.

Exceptional!!

This unit was absolutely perfect! Great layout, very nice and up to date finishes, and with it being a corner unit (facing west) the floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master made for an incredible view of both the bay and gulf.......gorgeous sunsets!! We will definitely stay at this unit the next time we go to Gulf Shores!!
