This property is a stunning home overlooking the Bay of Islands to Russell and beyond with views to die for. It has a Queen bedroom, fully equipped large kitchen and sitting room, beautiful conservatory dining room, large lounge and extensive decks with outdoor dining and seating.

Suits a couple looking for a break away in a quiet location surrounded by native trees and birdlife. The view is magnificent day and night.

The wood fire burner warms the house in the winter and plenty of ventilation in the summer. Not suitable for children. This is the middle floor of a 3 level property. Please note the top floor is not open to guests. The apartment downstairs is available for rent as well if you have children for 2-4 guests, please see our seperate listing for Highview Apartment. It shares the same stunning views.

Generous Property

Everything about Highview House is about generosity, from the furnishings, to the pantry and the views. It was comfortable, quiet and well appointed. We loved our time here and would highly recommend to others.

Beautiful Retreat

Highview House is gorgeous. Top of the line accommodations with a beautiful view. Great location near town, restaurants, and the ferry to Russell. Highly recommend.

A beautiful property

The house is in a wonderful location, high up with panoranic views of Paihia, the bay and Russell. It is very well equipped with everything you are likely to need (and more). We stayed for two nights but wish it had been more.
