Very clean with good heating and great views. Whilst only a 10 minute walk into town the return walk has some steep hills so unless physically fit you may need to drive to town and back.

Fabulous views

A friend and I stayed at this property for four nights, we loved it. The views are breathtaking, the house is spacious and clean. It is a short walk to town, with a uphill return, but that is pretty much all houses in Queenstown. While the property is not new, it has all you need for a great stay in beautiful Queenstown.

Amazing views!

We loved our stay here. First the views are magnificent. It was nice having a balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Very comfy beds. Had most everything we needed though could have used more glasses. Highly recommend!

A dreamy Queenstown stay for the whole family!

Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this Queenstown house! The breathtaking views of the mountains and lake left us in awe every morning. The beds were so comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days spent exploring. Our host was attentive and helful, providing excellent recommendations for family friendly activities and dining. The convenient location made it easy to access central Queenstown, with grocery and cafes nearby. We can’t recommend this property enough for a memorable family vacation in beautiful Queenstown

Great stay with Breathtaking views

I recently stayed at this stunning Queenstown property with friends, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house is only a short 10-minute walk to town, making it an ideal location. The panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. The house is spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of seven. It's impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for a memorable getaway. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Queenstown - it's truly a gem!

Great views; a very nice place to stay.

Overall a very nice property. Great views. One problem - no curtains / blinds in the main living area, which became VERY hot during the day. Couldn't access lower patio from bedrooms (no key available) Large bottles of shampoo / conditioner in shower - not sure whether this intended for us or left behind by a previous guest.

Scenic and Convenient Queenstown Getaway

I recently stayed at this Queenstown property, and it was an absolute delight. The view was simply stunning, and the 10-minute walk to town made it a convenient choice. Although some furniture pieces differed from the pictures, I appreciated the stylish and functional updates. The host was excellent with communication and promptly answered any questions we had. I would suggest adding a bolt lock on the door for extra security and providing more instructions on operating the underfloor heating. Overall, a superb stay in a beautiful location – highly recommended!

Great property location let down by presentation

Arrival experience was underwhelming. Poor cleaning and clearly little maintenance. 2 car garage advertised only allowed 1 car because of owners junk. Advertised as air conditioned but only in master bedroom. Had to hassle owner to get a working vacuum cleaner, mop and broom.Bedroom robes had doors removed and contributed to the garage mess. A great location spoilt by terrible condition of the property.

HELP!

We have left a makeup bag in the drawer in the main bathroom (2nd drawer on the right of the basin cupboards). I have no way of reaching the owner and would like to retrieve the bag and have it sent to me (if possible). The property was poorly equipped with kitchen utensils and crockery and glasses.

Home away from home in Queenstown

The location and accommodations were exactly as advertised. The pictures on the posting are great but don’t do the actual views any justice - Queenstown itself is breathtakingly beautiful and the view from the living room and balcony frame the entire valley perfectly. The unit is spacious and clean. We stayed with a family of 5 and only used two rooms for sleeping (the third we used for all our snowboarding gear). The laundry was a plus, the kitchen was more than adequate for our needs, and the gas fireplace was a lifesaver as we stayed during the winter. The location was great, perched slightly northeast of town centre and out of the city traffic. It’s easily walkable to town. The walk back will be slightly uphill but manageable for most. 25 and 45 minutes from Coronet Peak and The Remarkables, respectively. Close to all the Queenstown based activities. By the end of the trip we started referring to it as Home. If we ever come back to Queenstown we would hope to book here again. Sam was very accommodating and even allowed us to extend an extra day with no hassle. Highly recommend!
