Clean tide very comfortable

Stayed for 2 nights...easy check in via a lock box, house was very clean and tidy. Great location walking distance to parks cafes shops etc. Would definitely stay again and especially in winter with the electric blankets!

Great stay for a long weekend with friends. Everything is easy walking distance - leave the car in the drive :). All of is would happily stay again!

Lovely home in central orange

This house is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Orange within walking distance of downtown. Communication with the host was prompt and accurate. Thank you for hosting our family.

neat, tidy and well layed-out

Lovely redone/remodeled home inside. Neat and tidy. Good size bedrooms, kitchen had all needed. Dining room and living room were perfect for out stay.

The property description noted parking in driveway but when we got there the gates were closed and their was a sign saying " do not park" in the driveway, construction works happening at the back of the property. We saw the builder and he said it was ok to park there but then the next day when we got back the gate was closed and traffic cones were in the driveway. There is also clearly a wasp issue somewhere outside or in the house. We saw at least 4 wasps and i actually stepped on one in the kitchen and got stung late in the evening.They need to advise in the property description the following:on street parkingconstruction works at backother dwelling attached to property (you can hear the tumble dryer through the walls late in the evening. The occupants of that have to walk past a bedroom window to leave the premises.

The temporary construction works at the rear of the property did impact driveway access during your stay, and we understand how the mixed messaging regarding parking would have been frustrating. We are reviewing how we communicate this information to guests. We're also sorry to hear about the wasp sting. Guest comfort and safety are very important to us, and we will investigate this issue promptly. Thank you as well for your comments regarding the neighbouring dwelling and noise. Comfortable stay. Needs a few upgrades. BBQ was unusable, rusty plates. Dining table unstable. Sofa in lounge dirty and lumpy - not comfortable. Security not good- only a latch on back door.
