This is a beautiful terraced townhouse condo located only 5 minutes drive from the Central Business District in Abuja, it is in very secured NAF Valley Estate with top security military neighbors and with picturesque serene scenes that are great for morning and evening walks, surrounded with hills. The Aso Villa rock can be sighted from the house.
This house has all that is needed from washing machines, three curved 75 inch TVs, Super strong and fast internet connection, steady electricity with a 25KVA Generator to power the AC, sub-zero double door refrigerator and most appliances in the house. There is also a beautiful garden at the back of the house with a charcoal grill, garden sits, and couch to enjoy the night breeze or garden activities.
