Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm so glad the setting, water views, and hot tub added to your stay. I’m also very sorry the kitchen pads and bathroom mats were missing — I will speak to housekeeping right away about why those were missing and ask that they be replaced immediately. Thank you for your very helpful feedback, we hope to host you again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — I'm so glad you found the location convenient and that the sense of seclusion, the hot tub and quiet beach all added to your experience. I’m sorry the house fell short in several areas. We will schedule a deep clean to address the range hood and dishwasher. Maintenance will repair the washing machine, they’ll tighten and replace missing bolts on the spiral staircase railings and perform a full safety check. The housekeeping team will also do a full inventory audit with special attention to the kitchen supply. Thank you again for the detailed observations — they help us improve.
