Thank you for the detailed review. I'm glad to hear your stay was good overall and appreciate you taking the time to write out what we can improve upon. I'm sorry the cleaning and maintenance fell short in a few areas and can assure that maintenance and housekeeping are going through your list until everything is addressed. The necessary deep cleaning and appliance and chair repair will be completed promptly. Thank you for the detailed feedback — we are taking it seriously and will use it to improve.

Hi Alice. We’re very sorry the deck, garbage, and thermostat settings were not addressed before your arrival, and that maintenance work overlapped with your check-in. This is not the standard we strive for, and your comments have been shared with our housekeeping and operations teams to prevent similar oversights. While our check-out time is set to allow adequate cleaning for incoming guests, we understand your perspective and will share your suggestion with our team. We’re glad to hear you still enjoyed your time and hope to welcome you back for a smoother experience.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the spacious layout, decor, and that communication with our team was smooth. We appreciate your constructive comments and will share areas of improvement with our local property team. We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and proximity to Sunriver, and hope to provide you with a 5-star stay in the future.

Thank you for the 5-star rating! We appreciate you choosing Meredith Lodging and hope to host you again soon.
