This home was convenient for us as it was 10 minutes from our horse show venue. It was clean, superbly decorated and exceedingly comfortable. What a wonderful respite from the heat and humidity and stress of a horse show. We found meeting the owners to be a pleasant additional benefit and hope to keep in touch. I will definitely be booking here again

Cozy and comfortable

Me and my wife stayed here while visiting family nearby. The studio was very nice and met all of our needs and wants. My wife was even able to work remotely from here. The hosts and official greeter, Mercy, were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect stay

It was a perfect stay! The place was immaculate. Very clean , had everything we needed and more. Such a beautiful property, great places to sit outside and enjoy the views. Definitely the country feel, but 5 minutes away from town, grocery store, gas station. The hosts were very detailed on everything. Brand new appliances. Such a great space to be, very welcoming and felt like home!

Amazing stay!

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it! We were greeted by the hosts and their dog Mercy as we pulled into the driveway. They were so kind and always available if we needed anything. The space is beautiful and impeccable with all the amenities you could ask for. We really enjoyed walking around the property and taking in the nature. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was beautiful and the effort to ensure guests enjoyed their stay was evident in every little touch and accommodation. Gorgeous views. The back patio was our favorite for easy meals and conversation. Close enough to town and Lake Geneva for quick day trips but far enough from town to feel like you are in your own happy place of comfort. Shawn and Jon were such welcoming hosts with the highest level of kindness and care during our stay. Can't wait to return!

Absolutely Beautiful

The grounds are so pretty. The owners are very friendly. They love what they do & it shows. There love for God is obvious and we truly enjoyed our conversations. Dont let the name Studio stop you. Perfect Place

Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Provided great recommendations for the area. The studio was beautiful. All remodeled with up to date everything. Even the towels were amazing! Highly recommending staying here for sure. We really enjoyed the weekend. The backyard was amazing too!

Wedding Stay

Shawn & John were the most amazing host. They greeted me to go over everything even though I got there extremely late and had snacks waiting for me upon my arrival, she sent me links for restaurants & things to do while I was there. The apartment was exactly how it was pictured and the bed, let me tell you about the bed. It was so comfortable, it was hard for me to get out of it. If I ever get back to Wisconsin, I will defiantly book with them again. Beautiful views & beautiful people! Thank you Shawn & John for making my stay extremely enjoyable!

Incredible Getaway

Property was pristine, hosts were super friendly, and the surrounding property was fantastic to explore. The backyard of the property connects to tons of acres of parks with so much to explore. It was also only a short 15 minute drive to get to downtown Lake Geneva for any restaurants and shopping. Can't wait to go back!

What a great place!

We absolutely loved this little cabin. The owners put lots of thought and detail to making the space comfortable and charming. From snacks, water and coffee being available to a clean, comfortable and well designed space, we loved our stay there and will definitely be back!

Weird smell and noisy

The place was very cute and in a cute town. The renters were very nice and accommodating. The 2 complaints would be there was a strange smell in the kitchen area. We couldn’t quite find it or seem to get rid of it no matter what we did. And with the renters being above us, it was noisy in the early morning hours with footsteps, dogs running, and dogs barking. Also, just maybe something to think about for the future, a hot tub would be amazing on the back patio area!

The place is amazing. Everything we needed. John was such a good host.

Would definitely come back! Everything we needed was here. Location is about 15 min from lake Geneva. They had a nice property, definitely feels like a vacation place! They were very friendly and so were the dogs.

Excellent stay, I really enjoyed it!!!

John and Shawn are EXCELLENT HOST!!! Their place was sooooo cozy and clean, not only did they have everything I could have asked for but the place was immaculate. It has a cabin feel with a modern touch which was perfect for us. The location was so perfect, it’s almost as if you are in a cabin in the woods but can get to everything you need within 10 minutes. Thank you for the great hospitality and making us feel at home, I would recommend this place to anyone and I look forward to staying here again!

Paradise waiting!

Absolutely beautiful place, they went above and beyond. John ad shawn are the most wonderful hosts , made us feel welcomed the minute we arrived. Inside "his place " is stunning,, very comfortable. Please don't hesitate, you need to experience it. Amber and mercy are the sweetest, always put a smile on our faces. 10 stars!!!

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful

We had and absolutely amazing stay at this property. When we arrived at the house we were warmly greeted by Shawn and John the owners. They gave us a quick tour of the home and showed us all the amenities. The space is decorated in a wonderfully rustic yet modern style which we fell in love with. The kitchen is stocked with everything one would need to cook anything from a simple breakfast to a thanksgiving feast. The furniture is beautiful and wonderfully comfortable. The bed is also extremely comfortable with very fine linens and pillows. Plenty of towels and wash clothes are provided and they are all so soft and comfortable. The entire space is newly renovated and extremely well done. Cleanliness is outstanding and all the appliances and electronics are first rate. The property itself is in a gorgeous setting surrounded by beautiful woodland. It feels secluded despite being just a few miles from everything one could need. We had the most relaxing weekend and will be returning to this property when we decide to travel to the area again. I would gladly give this property more than 5 stars if it was possible. It was simply outstanding!
