We really enjoyed staying here. The charm of the house made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything that we could ever need. The main street was withing walking distance, which we really loved. Our first day there, we saw deer beyond the back fence!

Great Girls Trip

Me and my girls had a great time at this property. It was a perfect house for our girls weekend! Great location from Main St. Very clean and exactly as presented. I would definitely recommend the property and we will be returning in the future.

Perfect for a short getaway

Spent a couple of days in Fredericksburg. Perfect size for my husband, my adult daughter and me. Enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. It was clean and as advertised.

Cute Home

Wonderfully decorated cute little home, perfect for our visit to Fredericksburg! It was a short 2 blocks to Main Street with shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and comfy couch and beds. Excellent value for the price!

Home was pictured differently than in listing. Construction going on next door. Not cleaned completely and mold on shower curtain and ceiling. Was told that owner was notified about ceiling prior to our arrival but, obviously, did nothing to rectify

Great location

This property was perfect for our mother/daughter trip. The house is small and just right for two people, but if you have more in your group seating in common areas will be tight. The location is beautiful. We saw deer in the backyard in the mornings and evenings. It’s a short walk to the Main Street.

Daughters Engagement Weekend

Nice home for my wife and me. Enjoyed front porch for our morning coffee. Beds very comfortable. With only one bathroom, 4 adults would be complicated, but great for a couple or family with small children

Excellent location

Cute old farmhouse-type accommodations with all the quirks that go along with it! Beautifully decorated for Christmas and the free bottle of wine was a lovely touch. Location was excellent…could walk to most everything.Only suggestions for improvement: because the front door opens right into a bedroom, curtains over the glass on the door would be appreciated!

Loved staying here.

Great place to stay. Good location. House was so cute. Beds super comfy. The only issue I had was sometimes it was tricky to lock the door. It was like the door wasn’t able to close well enough to activate the electric lock. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Good experience for 1 day stay. We'd like to share that this house is somewhat tilted and restroom doors did not close fully unless you force it.Once of the lamps were out of battery, and TV was slow to load football game.

Close to main

Great location to where we wanted to be. The home was so nice and comfortable. We had everything we needed and very affordable. The air conditioning felt fantastic after a long day in the sun and heat. It was nice and cool when we entered. Our group all slept very well in the spacious beds. Thank you to the hosts for a vey nice stay! 😀
