Location, location, location. Views, views, views. A stunning and contemporary brand-new property perfectly positioned close to the inlet beach and accommodated by surrounding walking paths, it is minutes away from the town centre.
This amazing holiday home has everything you desire for a getaway with the family or a catch up with some old friends.
This spacious home provides everyone with comfort and a relaxed feeling as they walk through the front door. Downstairs consists of a double garage, family room with Smart TV, and 3 spacious bedrooms each with individual split systems and ample storage. Downstairs is serviced by a luxurious bathroom, powder room and separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The upper level consists of a wonderfully equipped kitchen with quality appliances and a large loungeroom. This destination is ideal to entertain the whole family. Featuring 2 large balconies, 1 at the front of the house with outdoor dining, and 1 at the back. This is where you enjoy the summer rays, Bbq and the Anderson Inlet views, with a cool beverage. Open plan living with a fully connected 75inch Smart TV is a must have and the natural light that shines through this north facing orientation just does not get any better.
The secluded master bedroom, with separate climate control, is on the upper level and features a massive walk-in-robe, a luxurious ensuite and a separate powder room.
You could spend your entire holiday inside this amazing six-star property but being in one of the best locations of Inverloch, you must park the car and venture out to explore our wonderful beaches, shops and restaurants. Which are all within easy walking distance.
Host Terms and Conditions will be sent 14 days prior to your arrival as a pre online guest check in which must be completed prior to your booking.
Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
