Weekend trip with family

Location is very convenient to walking to the main strip downtown. There were a few abandoned buildings near the property. Parked on the street as the gate didn’t function properly. The air conditioning unit upstairs could not keep house cool during the day and stayed around 78F through bedtime. When we sent a note to the property manager, there was no reply. By the morning, the AC caught up to be cool when we got up. The overall floor plan worked well for the family and the ability to hit trails within a quarter mile of the door was a nice perk.

Independence Day Weekend

House was okay. Clean, convenient to downtown. Yard could have been upkept better, grass needed to be mowed. Actually had to walk through high grass to get to sidewalk since we parked on street in front of the house. Seemed to be problem with the WiFi, never could connect to the Internet. Kitchen was okay but lacked baking sheets and basic condiments.

Not what we imagined.

Upon arrival the toilet was not flushing and was stopped up so we contacted support and then although we had just arrived and were going to go eat, we had to stay for the plumber to arrive. He got the stool working but then that night when we went to take a shower the shower does not drain. So, we had to stand in water and bugs ran out of the walls in the water. The twin bedroom was not as clean as we are accustomed too. It must be used for animals and there was hair on the bedspread and some dog feces smashed in the rug. We didn’t have any animals. The location was not bad but the driveway was a challenge. This is definitely not a house to rent if you have any difficulty walking up a steep incline. We decided to park on the street. The coffee maker was filthy. So, we went out that evening and bought twin sheets and a blanket and a coffee maker for our own use. We tried to clean the coffee maker but gave up on the ability to get it clean. We would not stay here again. It might be okay for people with young children and animals. We had neither.

Truly enjoyed our stay we were very close to everything downtown . The only other thing I would say is it has a smell not to bad I don’t know if someone before us had pets or what but overall I truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location

This location cannot be beat. The house itself is nice enough. It’s a very old home as one would expect in this area but with some nice updates and a great kitchen. This is a pet friendly rental and that is noticeable by the smell of the property. While it was clean, there is quite a bit of carpet and therefore the animal smell is present. We are not animal people and are therefore more sensitive of animal smells. This did not in any way detract from our stay just something to be aware of if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Great little house, perfect location

You can't beat this location. The house was very nicely remodeled and very spacious for 4 adults and two children. Very clean. The property management answered any questions we had in a timely and friendly manner. Overall it was a great stay. Kitchen has everything you need to stay in, and you're close enough to walk to downtown easily. We couldn't access the backyard and I wish the front yard was better maintained. It didn't take away from our trip but the exterior could use a little TLC. Thank you for a great stay!

Great hot springs stay

Fantastic place. Clean and fresh. Wonderful location, with hot fountains in both directions on the same street only 1 block away. The place was well appointed and the beds were awesome. Would not hesitate to book again, and in fact tried when we decided to make a second stop in Hot Springs on the same trip, however it was fully booked.

Spring Break getaway

We enjoyed our trip to Hot Springs, and are so glad we picked this house. It was a super short walk away from Bathouse Row as well as National Park hiking trails. House was clean and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Great Spot for Downtown and the Park

The property is cozy and the right size for a small family. Location is amazing as you can walk to historic downtown and the national park in about 5 minutes.

Perfect Stay

The house is beautiful and clean. My husband and I stayed with our three teenage sons and small dog. We were able to walk to bath house row and enjoyed the shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely and charming

This house was the perfect size and location for our family of 5 and our small dog, visiting over Thanksgiving break. Comfortable and clean and super cute. Perfect location near Bathouse Row. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We loved this cute, historic house! The gated backyard and side yard was perfect for our dogs. We also loved the location and how easy it was to walk to Bathhouse Row and the National Park. We would definitely stay here again!

Hot Springs - Great Location

House was in perfect location to walk to Bathhouse Rw. Inside was well appointed and very clean. We chose this location because of fenced yard and it was dog friendly. We wanted to be able to bring our furry family member along with us. House worked out perfect for the whole family.Outside yard could use a little work, and air conditioner struggled a bit to cool upstairs rooms down to a comfortable sleeping level. The three level yard was really only usable in the small area in front of house. Would stay at this house again, just maybe not in the heat of the summer.

Charming & Great location

Everything was great. So cute inside, very clean, lots of space. Able to walk to everything on bathrow. Less than 10min drive to the waterpark for the kids. TVs in every room. We are driving cross country from CA to GA with 4kids, this was a great stop for a couple days!

Quaint house. Lots of stairs.

The house was clean when we arrived. It was late so we were happyto have the code to get in. There were 2 ac controls, 1 for upstairs and 1 for down which was very nice. I did not realize when i booked this place there were so many steps to access the lower yard. The back patio looks like it may have been screened in but several panels were missing. The location was awesome. Easy access to restaurants, Bathhouse Row shopping and great trails for hiking and my husband to ride dirtbikes with our brother in law. Overall our trip was great!

Close to downtown, but house needs work

It was nice to be able to walk down to Bathhouse Row, and we slept well, but… The home itself was subpar: it felt like an incomplete flipped house with paint splatters, painter’s tape left on windows, and missing or broken blinds. The front yard was in disarray, there were ants in the kitchen, the WiFi was very, very slow, and the neighborhood felt questionable. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, but this was the first one we’ve given less than 5 stars.

Great location

Cute little house that is well located to walk all around Hot Springs. Property was clean and well appointed. Note the parking area is removed from house, not well maintained and a trek up dirt hill. We parked in front of house on the street for entire stay. The back yard is overgrown and fence was open and hanging off hing. Not very welcoming. The front yard space was also overgrown. Downstairs bathroom door doesn't close properly which is awkward. Upstaira bathroom/ shower is great. The checkout requirements are very simple and reasonable. Honestly, this is 4.5 starts.

Location Location!!

We came to dig in the dirt and fell in love with the small town National Park. We had kids and adults, the house was very clean and comfortable. House had everything we needed, but our favorite part was the porch, we loved the view of the old building complexes across the street. It was also super helpful to have the front yard safely fenced, it makes traveling with dogs so much more enjoyable. Hot Springs felt like a hidden gem, we loved the architecture and history. The house is the perfect short walk into town/bath house row. There are water filling stations just at the bottom of the street. We walked in every night, our favorite place was the Superior Bathhouse brewery, the patio was fantastic and it is right alongside an open space for the kids to run and play. And by far our favorite adventure was the Avant Mining! Thank you for a wonderful stay, would recommend 1000%

Perfect for a week in Hot Springs

The house was just perfect for our family of four and our two small dogs. Very clean and very comfortable. Everything was within walking distance, it was nice to just park the car. Being accross the street from the park, it was super quiet at night. A great base from which to explore Hot Springs!
