This beautiful home faces west with an unobstructed view of the white sands and clear blue water of Hardwicke Bay.
Experience magical views from 3 levels of this home, from sunrise in the east to sunsets in the west.
This 6 bedroom home can accommodate 3 families as it can sleep up to 14 guests (please note there is a maximum of 12 adults that can stay as the king single top bunk beds are suitable for children only)
The home is stylishly decorated with a tranquil resort theme.
The 2 lounge rooms and an exceptionally equipped kitchen will bring your beach holiday dreams to life.
This home also has a games room that will entertain all year round.

DOWNSTAIRS:
Kitchen, dining, lounge with large wall mounted smart TV - Please note TV is WiFi only connection, split system air-conditioning. Bedroom with 2 king single beds, portable clothes hanger. Bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c.
Separate games room in garage with large smart TV, table and chairs, fridge/freezer, pool table, rustic table tennis table, foosball table.

LEVEL 2:
2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and built in robes. 1 bedroom with 2 x king single bunks and built in robe. Bathroom with vanity, shower, soaking tub, separate w/c with hand basin. Please note - the top bunk beds on the king single bunks are suitable for children only.

LEVEL 3:
Large lounge room with wall mounted 62" smart TV, large comfy linen sofa, ceiling fan. Room with a single cane day bed and kitchenette with Kettle and tea diffuser. Balcony relaxing cane seating and coffee tables. 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed, ceiling fans and built in robes.

A complimentary starter pack will be provided - coffee pods, tea, sugar, long life milk, herbal tea, 1 x bread making kit, shower gel and limited toilet rolls.

Pillows, quilts and linen is provided. You will need to note in your booking which beds you would like the linen for, eg; king bed, queen bed, king single bunk or king single bed.

Linen includes - pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat for each bathroom and tea towels. Beach towels are not included. Each king bed includes 2 bath towels, each queen bed includes 2 bath towels, each king single bed includes 1 bath towel. The Linen will be placed on top of each bed that you require.

Front loading washing machine and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: Fire pit to be used in winter months only - no wood supplied - fire pit to be used outside on driveway area - firewood can be sourced from the Hardwicke Bay Hall. Maximum of 6 cars and 2 boats at property. Limited intermittent WiFi due to location.

Kayaks, paddle boards and tractor are not for guests use.

Nightly tariffs - booking, cleaning and refundable bond fees apply.

PLEASE NOTE- ARRIVAL TIME FOR THIS PROPERTY IS 3PM ONWARDS -DEPARTURE TIME IS BY 10AM.

Peak - 24th Dec to end of Jan school holidays and Easter - 4 night minimum stay
$850 per night
High - all other school holidays plus long weekends - 3 night minimum stay
$850 per night
Off Peak - school terms - 2 night minimum stay
$650 per night
OFF PEAK SPECIAL FOR THIS YEAR ONLY - BOOK DATES DURING OFF PEAK SEASON IN 2025 - NIGHTLY RATE REDUCED TO $550 per night.

PLEASE NOTE: Refundable bond will be increased to $1000 for peak season - Your initial automated booking slip you receive when you first book will only show the bond as $600, this will be manually changed by office staff when booking is processed and your next booking slip will show the increased peak bond rate as $1000.
