Seacrest 9 is a spectacular apartment located on the absolute beachfront at Tugun beach and features stunning panoramic ocean views from Surfers Paradise to Snapper Rocks.

This top floor apartment has been beautifully furnished and styled to offer a blissful getaway on the beach.

Spread over two bright and airy levels, the lower-level offers open plan living and three spacious bedrooms. Airconditioning in the bedrooms and living area.

The kitchen features island bench/breakfast bar opening out to the spacious living/dining area, plus dishwasher, coffee machine and plenty of space to cook and entertain.

There is a comfortably furnished loungeroom with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi and dining bench with seating for 6.

A private, covered balcony wraps around the loungeroom and kitchen offering the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while checking the surf.

The master bedroom features luxurious king bed, second TV and ensuite with walk in shower.

The second bedroom offers one queen bed, and the third offers one double bed.

All bedrooms feature ocean views through the crisp white plantation shutters and built in wardrobes with plenty of storage.

The lower level also has the main bathroom with walk in shower, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs is an entertainer’s paradise with indoor bar and second living room and an incredible open-air rooftop terrace. With a comfortable outdoor lounge and dining setting, this is the perfect spot to enjoy sunset drinks with loved ones.

The entire apartment has been designed to capitalize on the stunning ocean vista, with views from all rooms!

Seacrest is a well maintained and secure block of apartment, with secure parking for 2 cars (tandem carpark). Unit 9 is located on the top floor with no lift access. Three levels of stairs from the basement to the unit.

Linen
All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Fantastic location and views

The property has fabulous views over the ocean and a very large upstairs balcony to enjoy those views. Beds were very comfortable. Close by within east walking distance to Tugan shops which is great and Kirra Beach area. About a five min drive to the airport. House was nice and clean with good selection of plates/cooking items in kitchen. Very disappointed the wifi didn’t work from the time I walked into the property until I left (7 days) which meant no access to pay tv or wifi for me or my guest. I think this could have been checked prior to my arrival. And the computer screen for the air conditioning and heating didn’t work. Whilst it was good weather during the day, heating was needed during the evening. About thirty internal stairs to the property but good is listed aim the advertisement and not difficult to climb at all. Overall a good stay because the views are amazing, nice interior and a fabulous location but not good about no wifi or heating.
