Beautiful Lakeview Townhome in Lakeshore Villas

Nestled in the heart of Osoyoos, this unit is perfect for a family vacation or couples seeking a wine country escape! Spacious townhome in the popular Lakeshore Villas. This 2 level, 1,500 sq. ft, 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom home has beautiful lake and mountain views.

Features include lovely landscape, private dock with designated swimming area, outdoor salt water pool, hot tub and small fitness room for condo guests only. Steps to the pool, beach and the lakeshore Pioneer Walkway.

This townhome is fully furnished and tastefully decorated throughout; with a fully stocked kitchen, electric fireplace and covered outdoor patio with propane BBQ. In-suite laundry and private single vehicle carport available.

**Please note:

1. Non-smoking.
2. No pets allowed.
3. No lifeguard on duty in the pool or dock area.
4. Pool & hot tub are closed from Thanksgiving to May Long Weekend.
5. Quiet enjoyment is from 11:00PM to 8AM.
6. This is a 2 level townhome. There are stairs to the front entrance
as well as stairs within the unit.

Attention Snowbirds! Monthly Winter Rate Available October 1st - May 31st. 3 month minimum required - rent amount includes utilities, WIFI and basic cable.

Be respectful of the surrounding neighbours and abide by complex noise curfew. Quiet enjoyment is from 11:00PM to 8:00AM.
Report any damages. We understand accidents happen. Please notify us right away, so we are able to replace items if necessary.
Dispose of all waste materials generated during the rental period in the designated garbage and recycling area.

Lakeshore Villas is conveniently located to everything in Osoyoos and has the added benefit of a boat dock for those who enjoy boating. The townhouse was nicely appointed, clean, and had everything that we needed including a fully stocked kitchen which is appreciated. The lovely view of the lake from this home is an added bonus.

Outstanding in Osoyoos

We stayed 6 weeks in Andreana and Pat's townhouse. Not only was it well furnished, but the decor additions to make the place a home were remarkable. Totally attentive owners, who always responded quickly to any questions or concerns.Really felt like home!

Perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation

We have had many wonderful accoommodations booked through VRBO, but this was definitely the best! The property was clean, spacious, with so many nice little touches. We were especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. Definitely recommend, and we would definitely like to return.

Very comfortable. Spacious Convenient location

Weather not as warm as we had hoped. Nice walks along the lake. Pickleball was fun. Enjoyed some wine tasting. Very few wineries open.

Exceptional

We have stayed in many VRBOs which have all met or exceeded our expectations but this one was above and beyond. From the ease of booking to the immediate response when questions arose to the condo unit itself were exceptional. When we first arrived it did not take long to feel at home. The condo was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Met all of our needs. I don’t think there was one thing we required that the condo did not have. Thanks for providing such a nice home away from home.

Great homebase for wine-ing

This property is excellent. Its extremely well kept, clean, and has all amenities. The hosts were terrific to communicate with. Wifi worked like a charm, location was convienent, parking was never an issue and the view from the balcony was everything we hoped for. We used the townhouse as a homebase for our Okanagan wine trip this year. It was the perfect size for us. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was nice and comfortable, and everything worked as promised. The pool was a very nice to have on the hot days, as was the unit a/c. We would love to stay here again, the hosts were terrific and very responsive.

Terrific stay

My wife and I recently stayed at a wonderful townhouse in Osoyoos, and it provided a comfortable and inviting space with lovely views of Osoyoos Lake. The large townhouse features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, with well-maintained furnishings. It is equipped with essential amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms on the lower level offer privacy and tranquility for a peaceful night's sleep. We enjoyed relaxing on the large deck with views of the lake and surrounding area. The townhouse's location strikes a balance between serenity and accessibility, being close to restaurants, bars, and main attractions. Overall, it offers a comfortable retreat with beautiful lake views, perfect for a relaxing getaway in Osoyoos. We will definitely be coming back again. Thanks to Andreana and Pat for letting us stay at their little piece of paradise. Glenn and Karen
