Boasting absolute peace and privacy as well as beautiful treetop and mountain views, this lifestyle acreage is set over an expansive 17. 2 acres including a dam, with only a short drive to Paterson village.

Open living and dining dining enhanced by traditional brick fire place flowing to amazing deck overlooking landscaped gardens and lawns.

Six bedrooms make it the perfect getaway for that special event or a weekend with friends and family.

** Please note that we are close to nature and occasionally some of the insects, bugs and wildlife may find their way inside. They are completely harmless and can be easily removed.

30th Birthday Private Getaway

I booked for my 30th birthday with a small group of friends for two nights and we had an absolute blast. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful tucked away private bush spot. Nothing to fault everything was as described. I definitely recommend this location for a private getaway, thanks again.

Each person on our trip believed this was the best accommodation ever

We cannot recommend this place enough. The cleanliness, the complimentary refreshments provided, the facilities, the kind communication. All in all it was a 10/10 experience and we could not find anything to fault. Thank you so so much for a wonderful stay it made the end of our year absolutely fantastic!

Large home for extended families

Very easy to check in came with a kitchen that was very well-equipped including water in the fridge.Very spacious and private. The owner is quick to respond to issues that arise. If coming in late at night beware of the steep driveway. Lovley large balcony for a morning coffee or a night beverage or two. Would love to come in the winter to be able to light the fire. Plenty of games and has the bonus of a record player!!Recommend for a quiet, peaceful time away with families and/or friends.

Very spacious and comfortable

This home was a lot more spacious and modern than we initially anticipated within the images. The hosts were very accommodating, stocking the fridge with water and leaving plenty of toilet paper despite my group bringing our own as well. We did have a bit of trouble with the gas stove and hot water, fortunately, Jade was very quick to respond to our query and we were able to figure it out. Overall, my group of friends and I had a wonderful and enjoyed a lovely sunset hidden within the trees. We were also greeted by some friendly wildlife while we were on the balcony.
