There's nothing like greeting the day with a hot cup of coffee soaking in a spectacular sunrise. A 1 minute walk from the condo front door through your private beach access and you're there! Unlike large gated condo communities, we are charming low-rise 2 story complex, nestled close to the ocean with all the amenities you need for a relaxing, wonderful holiday. Catch a shuttle launch view from the beach at night or during the day-amazing! Explore the beachside town of Vero loaded with wonderful restaurants and shops. The beach is lifeguarded 7 days/week. There are bicycles/beach chairs/umbrellas and tennis/pickleball paddles for your use.
You won't see reviews of our condo because for the past several years we have rented to the same people and therefore have not had the need to list it. I would be happy to connect them with you for a personal review if desired.

We are pretty much retired now although my husband still likes to pick up the odd music gig whenever he can...he's a bass player :) We love to travel; Canada is our home but Italy is probably our favourite country to go to.

Our condo is easy access by car or plane and is my absolute favourite place on earth. Orlando airport is a 1 1/2 hr drive as well as Disney World, the NASA Space Center, Marineland and Epcot and Universal Studios. You can also fly into West Palm Beach which is also a 1 1/2 hr drive. Melbourne also has an airport that is even closer. Walking the beach at low tide & swimming in the ocean calms my body from head to toe. This unpretentious, inviting complex makes you feel at home immediately. The Beach Side Town of Vero offers wonderful restaurants, shopping and spas. Cross over the bridge and there are movie theatres, golf, pickleball, museums & outlet shopping. The Cleveland Clinic Hospital is very close in case of an emergency. The Riverside Intercoastal offers paddleboard /kayak and pontoon rentals. The local Riverside Theatre has great entertainment throughout the year. There are 4 bicycles for your use to explore the beautiful neighborhoods and scenery.

Our property has a Private Beach Access, making it so convenient to carry your beach chairs/umbrella and snacks with you. Even if you forget your sunscreen, it's a 1minute trip back to retrieve your belongings! We have one tennis court but have recently added pickleball lines to make it multi-use. We love pball and have also found several places in the area and have connected with new friends to play with. You will also note that there are no towering high rise buildings on the island. This is because there are by-laws in place for height restrictions on buildings and therefore the density is much lower than you will see in so many other places in Florida (ie. Sarasota, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm etc.) LESS TRAFFIC!! We are also conveniently located next door to a CVS pharmacy, 7-11 and gas station.
